A big Marina with a lot of space. Has a winter storage the only downfall is that is low. Has a little store. Some weekend a little busy and laud and some others very quiet. Has a swimming pool. Mechanics are great and People are very friendly.

Jimmy is person to speak to here. I bought a brand new waverunner from them and it was a 5 star experience. When they loaded it on to my trailer It was 30 minutes after closing hours, Jimmy saw I had no idea how to tie the Waverunner down. He helped me tie and down and secure it. A+ experience and I will 100% do business with them again !

Bought a Wave Runner there this summer. Jimmy was fantastic. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest in negotiations- no B.S., no games, no hidden fees. And he had the best price. Dont even think about dealing with these guys. We bought a boat from one of their clients that stored their boat there and we were not from the area so we hired Patsys to do some work. Everything they did was screwed up substantially. They charged $900 to take off some electronic equipment from the hard top so the boat could be trucked. Instead of just disconnecting it from the top and taping the wires to the hard top, they pulled them out all the way to the dash. Had to spend a few days fishing them back thru the radar arch and hard top. Then they left one small device on the hard top and the trucker had to climb up and remove it, there was no problem with his work. They told us that all the equipment was boxed and labelled. When the boat arrived it was all lying down in the cabin on top of some broken boxes with absolutely NO labeling what so ever and dented our teak floor.We had also hired them to have our props machined at another cost of around $900. Then they didnt put them in the boat to be transported. They called us several hours after the truck left to say the props were still in their office. They blamed the trucker for not getting them. He had been there overnight and they didnt bother to tell the driver or put them on the boat. They had told the truck company 2 weeks before that the props were in the office but didnt move them to the boat. Another lie was that they didnt put them in the boat because they werent in boxes and they didnt want to damage anything. Later we discovered they were in perfectly fitting boxes from the machine shop that did the work on them.They didnt respond to our messages for a day and a half, then the response was that we owed them money they had not mentioned previously and when it was paid they would ship the props at our expense. Finally a few days later my husband arranged with the same trucking company to have an Uber pick up the props from Patsys and meet up with the truck 70 miles away. Then the truck brought them to our area and we met with him and picked them up. There has not been even a sorry for all of this! They were greedy bumbling fools who have no professionalism whatsover in their work or attitude.So far this cost us $250 for the uber, putting the boat on blocks for a week till the props arrived $300, dont know yet what the cost will be to fix the wiring they yanked out will be at least $1500 or more to put it all back together. Dont waste your time and money having any work done here.

Just finished another winter season at Patsys and wanted to say what a pleasure it is to be there. Mike and Jim run a professional operation with skill and humor. One experience stands out....I had an electrical problem on my outboard and asked them to check it and fix it. Their mechanic fixed it by cleaning all terminals and connections . Almost any other shop would have immediately replaced some parts. That saved me a lot of money and shows the old school approach to boating and running a Marina that makes me a loyal client.....

Its just an okay Marina. Jim the manager is a nice guy and does a good job. Mike, the main guy who gets things done, terrific. It is also more reasonable than Havistraw Marina. If you like just cruising the Hudson its good enough. The water is very low at low tide. Needs dredging. If you want to fish down the shore. It takes 2.5 hours to get to Sandy Hook.

I truly wish that a 10 star review was available, because Jimmy and the crew at Patsys bay marina deserve it! From my initial contact, to when I picked up the boat, they have provided nothing but exceptional service. I pulled into the lot (ON A SUNDAY!!! ) to pick up my new boat, to have it sitting there, finely detailed looking amazing ready for me to take ownership. Jimmy spent over an hour going over the entire boat and answering all of my, sometime silly, questions. I cant wait to do more business with him, and refer my friends to him for a truly amazing experience. Job well done guys!

I am a new boater. Patys Bay Marina came highly recommended to me after a less than favorable experience with Haverstraw Marina. The crew at Patys was helpful getting my old boat up and running. They were kind enough to offer a discounted rate on the season docking fee due to my late start. Much more personal and more friendly customer service. Way easier in and out to access the boat and for a fraction of the cost.

I was on my last sail of the year heading into my previous Marina in Stoney Point to put my boat away for the season and damm my motor wouldnt start...I sailed into what I thought was my entrance and was greeted and helped by some members to dock up...I felt great that the wind held and I was able to sail in with no motor....Jim, the manager, came up and said hello and I soon discovered I was in the wrong place...it was meant to be...they had room and I was assured by the members that I had come to the right place...they took great care of my 26ft Catamaran and I had my 2 outboards serviced there as well over the winter...it is easy to be a good marina when everything goes right but the true test of a business and people is when something goes wrong...both my motors ran as good as they ever had but after running one for about 20 minutes the water flow slowed to a trickle...so I brought it back to have them look at it....no problem...they took it apart again...checked everything ...found some dirt in the line ..blew it out and put it back together...all good...and no extra charge for the efforts...friendly and professional every step of the way....so I can highly recommend them and I will be back next winter....Bill

TOOK 3MONTHS to get my jet ski fixed. they were rude.

I towed a boat from California to the Hudson River to launch and then spend the summer traveling the Little Loop thru the canals, locks and lakes north to Canada, east via the St. Lawrence and back to the Hudson via the Champlain Canal. What a trip....do IT!On the road trip east as I approached NY state I goggled marinas and the 2nd I called from about 150 miles out was Patsys Bay Marina:I would like to launch my boat and then leave the pickup and trailer for 2 months.OK.Its OK and it will be secure?Yes, it will be fine.What will it cost me?Nothing...just the launch fee and any slip fees if you want to spend a night or two.WOW sounds good, Ill be there in a couple of hours.Every thing went as they said. They were friendly, and professional and the local slip holders could not say enough kind, supportive things about their experience there.I joked, you guys are supposed to try to screw me.....this is New York!Great place.

Bought two waverunners and a tandem trailer from Jimmy at Patsys Bay and everything about the experience was first rate. Jimmy was honest and fair in the pricing, delivered the waverunners and gave my family great instructions on usage, was available on weekends when we had questions- you name it, all the way down to filling out all the NJ registration forms for the PWCs and the trailer in advance. Bought all of this when we had just bought a lake house, so I dealt with a lot of different vendors in a lot of different areas and I wish they were all as good as Jimmy and his team.
