Nice course. Lots of picturesque views. Numerous holes with change in elevation, mostly elevated tee shots. Not the longest course at under 6500 yards from the tips and 5600 yards from the whites, but a good test to keep the ball in play. Not the cheapest course at $90 for a non-town resident but felt it was worth the fee. New golf carts are great. Responsive electric carts able to handle the elevation climbs well. Also have GPS and USB ports for charging which is nice.

Absolutely beautiful! Every hole is a picturesque treat surrounded by mountains and winding elevation. Lovely staff, friendly patrons, not walkable, driving range is next to the 18th hole, so be careful when you are finishing up.

Great course. Was in Immaculate condition considering it is October. Also done in just over 4 hrs. Definitely recommend.

Show me a more dramatic, beautiful and challenging course- public or private - on the East Coast....Im not kidding ...Most courses would love to have one or two signature holes - this place has 15!!

I live in Fort Lee, NJ and Patriot Hills Golf Club is my all time favorite course. Fun, challenging, and always great condition.

Patriot Hills Golf course boasts a stunning scenery on every hole. The overwhelming views are as great as to make me forget about my poor score. Many holes are designed to hit the driver shot from the top of the valley which doubles the coolness of the tee shot. Undoubtedly, this is one of my top three favorite courses, and regardless of golf skill, the scenery itself must be enjoyable.

GOLF COURSE IS WONDERFUL, GREAT VIEWS, GREAT CONDITION,FRIENDLY STAFF...ONLY 3 STARS BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO BRING FOOD,LUNCH BUT ALL THEY OFFER IS MEAT ONLY WRAPS (WHO KNOWS WHEN THEY WERE MADE) HOT DOGS AND JUNK FOOD FROM A SMALL FOOD CART....THIS IS NOT THE 50S, 60S....SHOULD HAVE SOME HEALTHY CHOICES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANT BRING YOUR OWN....MYSELF BEING A DIABETIC FOUND NOTHING USEFUL AT THE FOOD CART....

The golf course was in great shape. Just disappointed that we couldnt have a drink after the round. Why is everything in there abandoned looking??

Played here for the 1st tine in September 2018. The course has tons of elevation change on many holes. The rough is deep and will swallow your golf balls, but no water to lose your golf balls. After my round had a bite to eat in the clubhouse. The menu is ok, the food came out quick, and the service wass friendly. Only gripe is the mens room was a total mess with over flowing garbage can and lots tp on the floor. If my review or photos were helpful please give a thumbs up.

Amazing elevated tees nice greens although some seem to be teetering on problems but a really enjoyable course a tad expensive at $90 but nice new carts and a helpful courteous staff made ît a worth while experience must be beautiful in the fall

Terrible course management. We were playing here on a weekday and there was this group of 2 jerks who hit tee box when we were still on fairway, and then proceeded to hit our ball on fairway. We have video of them acting like scumbags and showed it to management, but they took no action ?!? Promised a follow up call but there was no call neither.

Great golf course in great condition. The elevation changes are spectacular. Where else can you stand on a tee box and look DOWN at a hawk soaring on the breeze? The course is challenging to say the least but with 4 different sets of tees, it presents itself as fair with ample landing areas (as long as youre playing the tees you should be playing). The starter and ranger were super friendly and accommodating and cannot be overlooked. This was only the second time playing here and as its only an hour and 15 minutes (with traffic) away from NYC, its really surprising we dont play here much more often. The greens are crazy tough to read if you dont know them well. But, thats not a knock on their condition. They were rolling true and fast, not not always in the direction I guessed theyd be tho. Truly one of the best courses in the tri-state area!

The course itself is very nice. Very nice views. Most of the tees are elevated. Very large fairways so if you can keep it In play you can score. If you’re erratic. It will be a long day. Greens are consistent speed. Driving range with good practice hole. Prices are a little outrageous for non residents. Please be advised during these COVID times no restroom is available at the clubhouse. Sighs throughout the course tell you no urinating in the woods and there is a restroom on the 9th hole. In the summer, the CDC advises you to drink plenty of water during heat advisory’s, also, on a hot day if you’re not urinating frequently, you’re not drinking enough water. More then 600 people die yearly from heat related injuries.If you can open a golf course for the public during a pandemic. You can clean a bathroom and have standards. Unacceptable for the fees they charge.

Excellent facilities and championship level course with proper greens and challenging shots. There are great deals here too for all budgets. As low as $40 with a cart. This is my go to venue for prepping for private courses in the tri state area.

Hard to believe this course isnt private. This amazing Rick Jacobson designed course has it all. You have to be a billy goat to get around. Each hole could be a signature hole on any other course. Beautiful variety of par 3s, 4s and 5s. The bunkering and views are spectacular. An absolute must play in the southern New York area. Worth making a drive to play.

Good course, usually in very good condition. Great views from many of the holes. No walking, which is a big negative for me. Good practice facilities. Director of golf Dave Fusco is a great teacher. Well stocked pro shop with really good prices.

Great layout. Fairways and bunkers in good shape. Green speed was good but condition wasnt prestine probably because of aeration Id guess 2 months ago. Lots of elevation change and contour in fairway. Challenging but not the longest course. Great day

I played on a recent Tuesday and the course was not busy at all, which enabled us to get right out and move around the course without delay. The clubhouse staff and starter were very helpful and friendly. The course is in very good condition. I didnt come across a bare spot on the fairways and the greens were mostly consistent and also in good shape, as were the tee boxes. The course is very spread out and hilly. A golf car is a must. There were lots of elevated tee shots which require accuracy off the tee. Bring lots of balls if you tend to spray it a bit off the tee.

Scenic course with crazy elevation changes. It seemed like most tee shots were hit off a cliff. Not much trouble to deal with if you keep your ball in the park off the tee. The course was in great shape.

Great variety, well maintained, great value!

First time out, greens had been aerated a few weeks ago but cold weather hasnt let them grow back as they should, we were told this before playing. The greens were still very fast though. The fairways had also just been aerated and again we were told of this, this did not affect play. For the aeration we got a price discount which is very much appreciated. The course is as stunning as a mountain course can get, only 3 holes let it down in the looks department, those would be 15, 16 and 17, they seem out of place. I like to walk a course, however this one would be a bit to much due to the distance and elevation between holes. Each hole plays either off a cliff or up the hill. A very fair course, though easy to make big numbers, photo ops at every teebox. Staff very friendly, more than looking forward to my next visit.

Great course. Played tough today with the wind and was also a little cold out. Had trouble adjusting to my yardage but had a great time. Highly recommend.

Decent course. A lot of elevation - a little too much to be honest as it loses its novelty. $132 for a round at the weekend is way to much.
