I love going to the Storm Lake location Myra is always there to say hello and point me in the right direction. Matt Holm always has the info I need whether its lawn questions..paint...plumbing parts to light bulbs. I love the customer service!

I love love love that they have a walkie they can ask eachother if they carry it. Came in looking for butane. Cashier found a very nice guy to show me where it was and helped me pick the best choice for my needs. Both of the employees were super pleasant 😁

Customer service is good here, the prices arent always the best but for being local when your short on time I do go here usually I can find what I need or at least something that will work till I can get what I need.

Love this store. Items are organized in a logical manner. Staff is always helpful. Decent fishing section for a small town hardware store. Meaning it doesnt have a large inventory but has a good selection of essentials

Fair prices, excellent quality. Only reason I dont shop here more often is the employees circle you like hungry vultures. You cant walk across the store without the whole staff asking if they can help you find something.

Was out to Ace Hardware for the paint sale the weekend of 5/16 several times, and with each visit, the crowds grew. However, Colleen and the folks working behind the counter we helpful, knowledgeable ... friendly and pleasant as the lines grew and customers became more impatient. Colleen even let me prepay for my remaining order and pick it up on Monday to eliminate my wait.Top-shelf customer service! These folks are always helpful!!
