Pharmacy staff rude, not very helpful. Would not use them if they were not my insurance (medicare) pharmacy of choice.

After what I witnessed today, I understand why this CVS has a bad review.SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

For years this has been my go-to CVS; consistently friendly, expedient service with straight forward answers to all of my prescription questions. This last month, however, they have, quite simply, failed to do their job. Ive been lied to regarding medecine being in stock, Ive waited for days for a critical medecine only to find out thay the pharmacy staff has not phoned my physician for an authorization. Today is the proverbial cherry on top as communication breaks down yet again: I was not informed about 2 scripts that were sent through the computer system 6 days ago; however, these scripts needed someone from the pharmacy to phone my physicians office for approval. What has happened CVS Storrs Mansfield? Why do you draw the ire of one of your 10+ years customer? I give this pharmacy my worst recommendation.

Most of the staff here are unapproachable and stare at you if you even glance at them. Pharmacists arent very friendly, either. Also, good luck trying to get some face-to-face interaction, because ever since they got those self check-out kiosks, no staff member has been at the check-out desk.

My wife and I called here on 2 seperate occasions and both times the pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all. Would have me guessing what my next move is instead of telling me or suggestions even. Dont like your job find something else.

Ive had several bad experiences at this pharmacy. The workers I interacted with were very rude. I always try to be as nice as possible with service workers because I know that regulations beyond their control can cause difficulties. I dont feel like I got the same treatment in return. They always ask me if I have any questions and then seemed annoyed and defensive when I actually asked them anything. Very unhelpful. I know its a busy pharmacy, but thats no excuse to be unprofessional. I understand getting frustrated because Ive worked in plenty of very busy places with some very obnoxious customers, but its still the workers fault if they take out that frustration on their customers. Do your job! There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area so I suggest going to a different one.

Friendly wonderful staff. Very very busy. Alwsys go beyond to make sure my needs are met. Will be a customer for as long as they are there.

The store as busy as it is does a fantastic job getting u in and out quickly.. Kudos!
