WARNING: Anyone wanting to use the car wash be warned. My car door was crushed, there is an estimate of about 2000 dollars. I have been going back and forth with Circle K to get my car fixed and have just gotten a proper case filed in September when the issue happened in JULY. Countless hours of phone calls and emails, with a still broken car.Each time I called I got rerouted to different people, having to re-explain my situation each time.Even after getting a case filed the woman in charge of my case hasn’t responded since September.At the time of writing this review, I have called her 7 times and sent 3 emails over a month. Not a single reply.Just be warned that if the Circle K car damages your car, Circle K will jerk you around until you give up.Please give this review a thumbs up to gain traction. I am not giving up and have been calling Circle K a couple times a week.

This place is simply terrible. I went to make a quick stop and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to get a drink and some gas. Once I got to the register the lady working there was extremely rude and disrespectful to me without any sort of reasoning behind the attitude. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

Just met one of the nicest Managers. I was at the car wash at 6:30am and didnt realize they werent open 24/7 at the moment/temporarily. The manager kindly came out and opened up the car wash and answered all my questions without making me feel like a pain in the you know what! Lol... She was such a breath of fresh air compared to most people working in the industry these days (: I began my day with a smile and a clean car...

Employees encourage you to check yourself out all while looking over the machine to watch your credit card pin. And the kid on second shift doesnt i.d. anyone.

Car wash has been broken for weeks now. Only half the dryers turn on so only the drivers side of my car gets dried. The undercarriage blast does not work either. I pay for a monthly wash pass and have been getting half a car wash for weeks now. Ive complained to the store as well as corporate. Im paying for a full car wash and not getting what I paid for. I will not be renewing my wash pass. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CAR WASH THEY LEAVE IT BROKEN FOR WEEKS.

I don’t particularly enjoy being subjected to ads at the pump.

I dont work for you and you dont give me a paycheck. Stop forcing me to check out my own merchandise or give me a discount.

Clean, stylish, modern, and great customer service. Way better then most other convenience stores.

This Circle K has put in place self service checkouts--the PROBLEM with this is they are ATTEMPTING TO FORCE 😠 CUSTOMERS to use them. They are advising the cashiers to STRONGLY ENCOURAGE (MAKE) the customers use them so they are TRYING to TAKE AWAY a CUSTOMERS CHOICE of simply going to a regular cashier.Im all for new technology but I am AGAINST TAKING AWAY PEOPLES RIGHT TO CHOOSE FOR THEMSELVES which method they would prefer to use. In a world that is already too IMPERSONAL, Circle K is making it EVEN MORE IMPERSONAL!😞 WAY TO GO CIRCLE K! 😝Especially in this time of the covid-19 pandemic when people are more ISOLATED than they EVER have been, Circle K wants to take away even this little bit of HUMAN INTERACTION which is very important for some people. Im sure their PRIMARY purpose in wanting to go to self service as much as possible is to REDUCE the number of hours they need to pay cashiers so that there will be even LESS WORK available in our communities than there is now. 😰

Glad to have it back open. Remodel is GREAT! Employees are friendly and helpful and store is clean.

Ive worked here, at this specific circle k for 4 years now. There has never been a manager named Max, nor an employee named Rick. Our store does get busy but we do get to spills as quickly as possible without being rude to other customers. I do want to put this thought in some peoples mind, we arent robots. We are people. And sometimes people have bad days. I apologize, if any of my employees or even me has given you attitude. I apologize if my store hasnt been the cleanest for you. Also, polar pops are all one size, unless you get the small size. They are clearly labeled. If the soda you chose did taste watered down, the syrup probably ran out, and if that ever happens, let an employee know and they will change it for you.Anyway, my store is awesome and has awesome employees! Certainly hard working employees and nice friendly faces and smiles!

Very spacious service is sometimes a little bit slow for mourning weekday hours usually still not bad though.

Very good employees, came in twice today and the first time the lady was really nice and the second time, Rick, who was extremely helpful, was nice enough to go in the back and refill the power aide box for the polar pops for us. Not only that but he was also very friendly and welcoming to all the other customers as well! Will always come back to this circle k!

Never any issues with anyone here employee wise. Clean, great service, great deals,great gas prices and management knows what theyre doing clearly. Id still go to the steels corner circle k mainly because I worked there. But thats me... Great company all around and reccomend to anyone

I have been to this Circle K once in my life, and that will certainly be the last time as well. It would be a cool place but unfortunately it took me 30 minutes (literally) to get a Polar Pop when they were very busy, and was tiny and tasted watered down. But the girls kept getting served repeatedly by the manager, Max, and no one paid attention to me. Dont you realize men are paying customers too? And the floors are extremely sticky after being busy all night. Gross. Other convenience stores in Stow are way better.

Everyone that works there is very helpful and friendly.
