Wasnt stock well but helpful staff

I’ve had prescriptions filled here for several years and have had good courteous service. I go in the evening, so experience with workers on day shift might be different. Accuracy of filling scripts is always correct. The technician has been helpful, locating discounts for drugs not covered by my insurance formulary. Walmart occasionally has had to order some less commonly prescribed drugs. Walmart fills pet medications, sometimes much cheaper than getting the same meds from the vet, and having longer hours than the vet’s office is helpful.The Walmart pharmacy counter is relatively close to the entrance; no need to navigate junk food and candy aisles to reach the pharmacy.

Worst communication skills the technicians and pharmacists have. Whenever I ask to refill my prescription the very first thing they say YOU ARE OUT OF REFILL. SERIOUSLY????? The bottle still says remaining refill quantity 5???? I asked to talk to the pharmacist but she was so busy doing what no idea the Intern answered my call. I asked the pharmacy Intern, Jay to see if I have refills left without even checking the host profile he said straight NO REFILLS. I even told him that my doctor sent a prescription with 3 refills then also he denied. When i called my old pharmacy they said i still had 3 refills left. I called back and the Intern again literally BARKED over the phone. The district manager should know how to train the pharmacy employees, the technicians, interns and the pharmacists. Every time I go there is see people behind the counter and over the counter showing ZERO customer service. No smile no greetings. I get nail polish skins inside my prescription bottle. Zero safety. Is this how you guys work????

I thought I went to HELL and stayed there. It was horrible. When I say it was horrible Im talking about the rude customers. And please dont forget about the pharmacist. Rude Rude the pharmacist at Walmart on Hudson Drive. He is awful. Pharmacists name is Todd S, Cant find the last name. Lol.... Hes so disrespectful and so doesnt care.And he doesnt care how he makes you feel. Ive never met anyone like this pharmacist. Store workers and the pharmacy workers are amazing.They are truly good people. And will go out of their way for you. When I mentioned that I thought I was in HELL. I was talking about how mean and disrespectful the customers are to the store workers and this is Christmas time. I dont think any one has time for that. Next time I go to get my prescriptions filled if Todd S, is the pharmacist I will leave My family Is truly thinking about leaving the Walmart pharmacy and we know why. I hope whoever is in charge of the Walmart pharmacy really takes the time to read this and check in to this Todd. Because the other pharmacists are amazing an care about you. At least thats the impression that I get from them.As far as the stars Im going to give this a four strictly because of the great workers that are at Walmart. If I had to rate the pharmacist it would be a -0 just sad one bad apple has to ruin it for so many others. And it puts a bad taste in so many peoples mouth. I will rather stop taking my medications but will never visit this pharmacy. Both pharmacists and technicians are headache.

This particular pharmacy is a joke in the name of both pharmacy and Walmart. Pharmacists are worthless and cant even count 90 tabs. Dont bother what patients want. Technicians are worst.
