I received these Timberland boots for xmas. Right boot did not fit well (dont usually have this issue). Mislabeled size? Not sure but I sent them back with the intention of purchasing another pair in a store where I could try them on. Timberland sent then back to me saying they were worn.Yes, tried to see if I could deal with strange size. Wore them once. So disappointed. Almost $200 down the drain. I WILL NOT BE BUYING TIMBERLANDS AGAIN.

Hello, i bought a boot from Timberland Store in Ankara/Turkey on 24 November 2018. After i bought the boot from store i wore it just in the building from the apartment to the parking area. However the boot badly hurt my both ankle and it was not impossible to wear it. So, i went back home take the boot off and went to the store to return the boot and get my money back. I told the Timberland store manager the boot really hurt my both ankle and it is not possible to wear and walk with it and i want to give the boot back and get my money back. However the store manager rejected to return the money and claimed that the boot is defective product anymore and they can not get it back. The manager said because of the Timberland returning policy he can just get the boot to send for controlling whether it is really defective or not. Also the store manager said because of he Timberland returning policy the controlling process will take 21 business days (so it is 1 month) and we are in the middle of the winter in Ankara, it means i will stay without a boot in winter because of the Timberland returning policy. On the other hand if after controlling process they say “There is no problem with the boot!” because of the Timberland policy according to the store manager i have to get the same boot back so the store has nothing to do anymore. It means if the process end up like this i will have a useless Timberland boot because of the Timberland policy. Although Ive told many times that this situation is full of absurdity and contradictions, the store manager sad once again that there is nothing to do because of the Timberland policy. I would like to state that I have never been satisfied with the boot of Timberland. I also complain that the Timberland Ankara store is far from providing customer satisfaction. They have a customer policy that doesnt suit a brand that makes business around the World. As I understand from the shopping Ive experienced, the store doesnt care after what they sell.

Great boots and very comfortable shoes. Steel toe everything and even waterproof. Customer service here at there headquarters is what youd expect. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I only wear Timberlands when possible. The pro line is perfect!!

First of all, great product and nice store. The website leaves a lot to be desired. Checked the site for opening times on the weekend, open Saturday and Sunday, great! Traveled fifty miles each way only to find it Closed! Seriously! Not happy at all!

This is a small retail store open to the public inside the corporate headquarters for Timberland. You have to go past the receptionist to get there. It is a pretty cool little shop. I doubt most people even know its here, but it is definitely worth a visit.

This store does NOT have reduced prices. The boots we were looking for were $25 more than at a local retail store, for the exact same boot. Nice store and friendly salespeople if you are looking to pay full price.

Really like my Timberland PRO Mens Powertrain Sport Alloy Toe EH Industrial and Construction Shoe; not as heavy as steel toed and quite comfortable.

Friendly Staff, Could only find 2 pairs of shoes made in the USA and they were almost $500. Couldnt justify expensive shoes made in China from an American Company. However the store and staff were very nice.

I just get my husband a timberlands on December 2014, he text me a picture of the crab I bought. They broke i have pictures I was laughing, never againg is a shame spencive. But bad who what ever make the one I get from the store he or her was drunk.

Bought a pair of the pro series right from their headquarters in New Hampshire. 3 months later the boots are giving me blisters. Disappointed!
