I have worked with Bob in multiple houses in the past 8 years, and really enjoy working with him and Joel. The professionalism and craftsmanship in everything they do are just hard to find elsewhere. The recent installation of the window treatments in our newly renovated property was just perfect. Beware of this store!The owner came in with bunch of sweet words and promises to win the business. After the installation, that was when the nightmare started. The blinds that we spent $18,000 just didn’t work, they went up and down unevenly and got stuck all the time. The frustrated part was that the owner just refused to come back to fix the mess he created. We have to call the customer service of Hunter Douglas headquarter for help. Such a terrible experience!

Great family company. They were very prompt with great pricing.

We moved to Portsmouth last month and totally forgot to order blinds. We made a phone call to Bob and he came by the next day. We had our shades installed the very next week and it was a lot cheaper then we paid last year in Portland. I couldn’t recommend than more!! Joel and Bob were the highlight of our building process.
