I really like shopping at this Publix on Cove Rd.Its always clean, the cashiers are friendly, and the store items are always restocked. Oh and the food at the Deli, yum!**I also want to say thank you to Debbie at Customer service. I called to speak with the pharmacy. She transferred my call at least 7 times. Each time I thought it was going to be the pharmacy, she answered my line. She was very polite and professional. Thank you Debbie, I really appreciate your service!

After an awful experience at Walgreens with rude unhelpful staff I went to get my vaccination at Publix. I was a little apprehensive about the Moderna but the women in the pharmacy reassured me and I moved forward with it. I am extremely grateful for these women’s kindness and professionalism

Service is outstanding. We come to this one because of our proximity to a Publix with a pharmacy. I love the service weve received at this pharmacy. They know my name, and my spouses. They also know me by sight. Always professional but also always friendly.

Many did not wear masks.I asked the manager they said they can not make them.Tested positive 5 days later.publix was the only place i went.I have auto immune disorder. I am stayed in my house since last March. Over a year. Cant get it vaccine there cuz their website crashes. Now they dont make people wear masks anymore. Pray for me

Out of all the Publix stores in the area the store on Cove and US1 is by far my favorite! All the employees are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you if needed!

Im sorry to say that the Publix on Cove road has little time left for customer service shopping and ordering online foods and stuff its being sold and torn down to make way for a multi-bay car wash and Detailing business. I was there to make observation with the company that is purchasing the kitchen equipment and reselling it .

Best Publix ever. Shopping there since 1989.

Stopped in to get a sub sandwich, deli was extremely slow. Maybe it was just a bad day so that can be forgiven. Stepped out of line and picked up a pre-made sandwich instead. It must have came fresh out of the freezer. It was frozen with a layer of ice in the middle. It was like chewing ice, had the same frozen crunch.

If youre from out of town this is the place to shop great subs and great hospitality!

Bakery is top-notch, pharmacy is quick, overall shopping experience is outstanding. Parking can be rough at busy times, and watch out for people walking because they act like they are indestructible.

Called over last night for a greenwise chicken,on sale,After being on hold for awhile,The front desk picked up a second time,and attempted to place me on hold a second time.i asked if they would go check on a chicken, she said she did and there were plenty.We arrived less then 30 minutes after the,brief holds!, And there were no chicken. I called 3 different stores,and had to drive to palm city to get dinner.the store over the bridge in hutchinson island is a pleasant store.

Most of the Publix grocery supermarkets are great compared to others. Maybe on the higher side in some areas. However, the quality is usually better and the staff are much more professional & courteous. The produce quality is so much better. The deli is awesome here, their subs are great. They have many selections of food here that you cant find at other stores.I love this location the best. The employees are the best.

I usually only go in to grab myself and family the chicken tender subs when I go in and always impressed with the timely service and the associates working the counter Jim is always super helpful even when he isnt necessarily helping us directly and if I need other stuff around the store all the other associates are quick to help as well as the super friendly cashiers :)

Would avoid this pharmacy. They have errors in processing prescriptions that make it impossible for providers to get you your medicine if the wrong people are working. Also, the staff there are completely unhelpful in solving problems when they arise. I would go across the street to Walgreens. I have never had an issue getting my patients medicine filled there. Also they are open 24 hours. If you must use Publix, choose a different location for your prescriptions.

Your prices are going way to high, especially for people on social security who are trying to make ends meet. Also things we used to buy at a less cost, are no longer available, and are being replaced by other companies at a much higher cost. For example we used to buy concentrated lemon juice for .99 cents, now it has been replaced with another concentrated lemon juice for $2.19 by a different company. We used to buy cream for our coffee @ .99 cents, now it cost $1.99. Same name same amount container. You hardly ever put regular eggs on sale, and $1.75 for 1 dozen large eggs is going to far. Lettuce that we used to buy for .99 cents a head, is now $1.79 or even higher. Maybe this is why we are buying more things at Winn-Dixie. Alot of their prices are much more reasonable. If you dont watch out Amazon will take over and good buy Publix.

I have been shopping at Publix all my life. Dont think Ill stop. Most are clean, neat and helpful staff are around to ask for help if you need that.

This location is well organized with more specialty items than most Publix locations. We have ordered deli meats online and picked them up while we shop and that process works really well. The Customer Service area is always a long wait - seems they need more staff there. Overall clean store, working carts, friendly checkout staff.

This is about the pharmacy. They seem to always be out of stock for medicines my Mom needs. They are not helpful. When I asked if they could check to see if another publix in the area has my Moms medicine, I was told they cannot. I then called the publix on Kanner and she offered to look it up, found the medicine in Jensen, in 20 minutes received a text it was ready. This pharmacy said my Moms other medicine would be ready in 30 min. We went back after an hour and they were just finishing the order. This is not an uncommon experience here. My Mom is thinking of moving her prescriptions to Walgreens.

Being on a Vegan diet is not always easy and my local Publix makes my life easier by carrying Vegan products and the selection gets better all the time. Good Vegetarian selection also. Thank you Publix

Bakery has no French fans or cream horns. Forget the staff being any help in the evenings, they always act bothered if you ask for anything. The deli area is even worse.It’s a shame because they have good product just bad service.Close down chores should happen after closing.
