Just bought my 4th car from wallace This time around I bought from Wallace nissan in Stuart, my salesman Ivan was amazing!! He didnt pressure us into a deal, he really got to know me and my family we stayed 2 hours past closing the first night and didnt get the car we thought we wantedBy the end of the night it was like we knew each other for years and agreed to meet at the dealership with our familes ON HIS DAY OFF!! the little ones had a good time together playing the wifes talked about everything from hair to vacation destinations we ended up with a suv 10 times nicer than the day before, but better yet a friendship is always better. Purchased this 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (80th Anniversary) from Wallace. Salesman Phil Seskin along with the staff I had contact with at dealership were very pleasant. We were able to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with. I used this dealership based exclusively on the google reviews. This is the second Jeep GCL we have owned and anticipate this vehicle to be as reliable as the previous purchased GCL. Honestly the best car dealership experience we’ve ever had; Greg was our sales person, Tony was the manager that helped approve the deal, they were both awesome, and the finance girl was like lightning fast. Normally you sit down at the finance desk and prepare to spend the rest of the night, this was like 10 minutes tops. Mikaila was the person that helped us over the phone when we first called, and she was so friendly, she was what brought us in.

Purchased a Jetta today. The Staff was wonderful. They were honest and upfront about their dealership fees over the phone before driving almost an hour to the dealership. There were no hidden fees or addendums, their Dealer fee was VERY reasonable. I was not expecting how stress free our transaction was and the overall experience to be. I was thoroughly surprised that we did not have a single issue with anyone or negotiating. After reading all the negative reviews online prior to our visit, to my surprise I ended up having a perfectly pleasant experience and I am very happy with the price and my new vehicle. We worked with Trisha Hamel, Steve Pearl and Lance. Trisha was super sweet and just fabulous. She was patient, thoughtful, and had a great personality! While at the end of everything we were starting to get a little hangry and tired, but Steve and lance kept the jokes coming making the process light and fun. These guys had wonderfully spoken manners and got all quotes and documents done super quick. Steve is completely on point with the numbers his experience in the industry shows greatly. Lance was very laid back, respectful, calm and listened to what we needed. I was definitely pleased with the level of customer service we received today.

I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda5 from Wallace Cadillac and Mazda through Josh Estes, Internet Manager. I live in New Jersey and had originally planned to see and test drive the car before the purchase while on a trip to Florida. When the timing didnt work out, I decided to purchase the car nevertheless and have it shipped to New Jersey.Believe me, it wasnt a decision I made lightly. Ive never purchased a car online or long-distance before, and even locally it was a headache to connect with the right person when I found a car I was interested in. Not so with Josh—he always answered the phone himself. During our first contact he physically walked out to see the car, described it to me and answered questions in real time. That made a terrific impression—no one else had taken the time and trouble to do these things, and I had been looking for several months! Through the whole process he was usually a step ahead of me in anticipating concerns and sent detailed information and clear instructions so that everything proceeded without a hitch. I ended every conversation with renewed confidence. He also helped me with shipping information and took a photo of the car when it was on the car carrier ready for its trip—situated on the lower level, right behind the cab of the truck as I had requested. The car arrived beautifully detailed, just as promised.It was a pleasure to deal with Josh and finish the transaction in such a positive way. In his low-key, very thorough way, he inspired complete confidence. I had no doubt that I was in good hands every step of the way. Id also like to note that since Im in New Jersey, theres little chance of return business from me, which made no difference to Josh and the care he took of me; if anything, he seemed even more determined to deliver on everything we discussed since I couldnt see the car in person.Thank you very much from a satisfied customer.

I would warn single women to stay away. The salesman was nothing short of pushy, he insisted on a used Hyundai which I had repeatedly said I wasnt interested in. They took my car keys to look over my trade, and gave me a really hard time trying to get them back. When I started I wanted to call my Dad to speak to him about the deal they were shoving down my throat, the one salesman literally said, what can we do so that youll sign now and not call your father? I was taken aback.

I am fed up with Wallace Hyundais service & the body shop!! When I call to complain no one responds. I just get the same people I am complaining about with no change in the result. Not even a care that you are waiting for an answer.Their focus is definitely not on CUSTOMER CARE!!! I am tired of how they handle & service customers. I am tired of leaving messages that dont get returned. I am tired of the body shop not fixing the car.I was rear ended last June. The car was in the shop for 8 weeks. Since the time I picked up the car it was not right. They were paid by insurance to detail the car and did not. Then when they put the dash back from cleaning AC vent they bent it and it needed to be brought back in to be fixed. There is no final inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything in working order. Next the the sensor for the blind spot detection went out several times and finally needed to be replaced. 5 min off the lot from being replaced it went off again. That still has not been fixed because they said I needed to go to service department and when I called a few times to make appointment they had no idea what I was talking about. So there is obviously no communication. And now their is a problem with the hybrid sensors not working and alerting that the car is over heating. Service is claiming it is related to the car accident that happened last year. Are you kidding me?? What else is going to be related?? Can I just say I have had enough. Why after 5 trips back to fix stuff it still is not right. You maxed out my rental coverage for your errors. They are not making this situation any better. Instead of communicating better and looking for ways to see how they can make this go easier they are saying our hands are tied. You have to get a loaner from insurance. They have had plenty of chances to make it right. I have spoken to managers and left messages for supervisors with not even a return call. The car has never been fixed correctly and never a reassurance that I am sorry we are working hard to make it right. Let us give you a loaner so you are not inconvenienced.Nope call your insurance we cant provide a loaner. Guess what they were paid plenty for the repairs and still the car is not right. This really makes me frustrated.**update**. After I wrote this review and tagged them on my Facebook post. The next day the service guy contacted me to say that the new issue with hybrid sensors is a warranty issue and that the blind spot sensor was the other one on right side needing replacement now, not one they replaced. They offered a loaner car. And the car was their for 2 weeks waiting on parts and repair. I did receive multiple calls for apologies and reassurance things would be made right and checked before they returned the car. On pickup they said the hybrid sensor is a new issue we were second car from that year at their service for same issue. That if we get recall notice it has been repaired.I am frustrated that the service manager did not call after I requested he do so on the second day. They really need to communicate better. What bothered me most is after 1st day they never offered loaner till 3rd day after I requested manager contact me. The car was brought on the weekend when it broke down Saturday. So we were 5 days with our a vehicle.

Went for an oil change and a warranty recall. I was told my battery had failed a test and needed to be replaced. Upon looking into it, the battery test was performed incorrectly, and my battery was fine. I am suspicious the test was done incorrectly on purpose in order to sell more batteries, but I cannot substantiate that. Additionally, the service report listed my brake pads as yellow, less than 50% when the pads were brand new.I recommend anyone review service recommendations with a fine-toothed comb. Aside from the unnecessary upsells, the service experience was pleasant.

Went to Wallace today in an attempt to get a car. The sale guy ..Paul was great, but the financial big boys were very condescending.We we left to stand outside as Paul ran back and forth with questions.I asked why we were not invited inside the building. Only then did Paul said ok. On the desk were 3 big boys. No one greatest us there were no enthusiasm in doing.business with us. We were in gym clothes and certainly didnt look.like their ideal buyer. When I asked about.lease options, one of the boys respondYou have to have a good job, the other turned away to continue his conversation. VERY POOR customer service.As we were leaving, I pause to explain how terrible their customer service were.one of them attempted some sarcasm, which I promptly addressed. By the time i was finished with respect and customer service 101 lesson, he started saying.OK .what car are you interested in?. I thank him for his time and left..quietly.Moral of story....never judge a book by its cover. I could.have bought the car for my daughter.that same day.It was what she wanted for Med School reward.I guess we didnt look like people who could afford a )Mazda. Watch them carefully! Sold my son GAP insurance on a used car, and didnt inform him that in order to get the GAP it was necessary to do a VIN etching on the windows. Also did not inform him that that cost $400.00 real kicker was that there was not etching on any of the windows! When confronted the Finance Manager, Said They must have forgot. that slimey car dealer BS. Maybe we should have gotten some undercoating while we were there! Simply dishonest. This reflects the standards of the General Manager. Surprised and disappointed.

Came in because of needing a new battery still on warranty. Very quick and easyily taken care of. While there, a problem with the front air scoop got taken care under warranty as well.Waiting for the work was accompanied with several choices of t.v. stations in specified areas, with either table and chairs, or a variety of seating. Choices of brewed decaf., or reg., and condiments were also available.A quick and very pleasant experience.

Warning do not purchase a vehicle from this place! we purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and within a week the check engine light came on, took it to Arrigo in Fort Pierce only to find out that it was a misfire on cylinder 2 which had a well known bulletin out on it, im assuming because they could not order or could not find the part(the only place that had it was Miami) they just let it leave their lot. Once that was fixed arrigo found several other issues which we figure was okay we bought the extended warranty only to find out that the extended warranty would not cover it because their exact words was they should not have sold that vehicle. Long story short Arrigo paid for our vehicle to be fixed not Wallace! I will never go to Wallace and I hope no one else does either they sell vehicles that dont run and they know it.

Such a great place to buy a used car! I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful, pre-owned 2018 Kia Optima FE (only 12,000 miles) for an amazing price, and Im super happy with it. Make sure to see Mike Ruggeri if youre looking for a wonderful experience, he made everything so easy and manageable.Only reason for less than 5 stars was the finance officer (also named Mike) - he was very irritable and rude.

Went there with a friend because he wanted a new truck. The saleshole was rude and tried to RIP my friend off. They tried to fool him into a higher interest rate and on Google and a calculator, he showed the saleshole he was wrong. The saleshole then said Google and the calculator didnt matter, that was the price,take it or leave. So we left and he went to Arrigo and got a new Ram. Google and the calculator met the same intrest rate. Go figure.

It looked like they the car with a dry rag leaving swirls on the finish, and the Windows were not washed. The car looked better before the so called hand wash. Very disappointed.

They tried to rip off my friend. He ordered a truck and tried to buy it and then they jacked up the intrest rate and tried to hide it from him. He showed them what they are doing and the old saleshole said thats the price, take it or leave. So my friend went to Arrigo and got a Ram truck.
