I can not recommend a fabric store more highly than Calico Corners! I have had multiple re-upholstery or decorating projects over the years, and every one of the staff, without exception, has been helpful both with suggestions, measuring questions and color matching. For example, I had one antique lounge chair I wanted to recover. I had measurements for fabric and trim from the seamstress in hand, but that was all. I was asked about my color choices, directed to an appropriate fabric (a silk blend over the outdoor type I had been leaning towards), and then when I selected a stripe pattern, I was told I needed to buy extra to make sure all the stripes could be matched when the chair was being done. The ladies there really saved me a lot of headaches! Due to their expertise and suggestions, the upholsterer was able to do an amazing job and she also confirmed, they were absolutely correct in directing me as they did. I had to buy a little more yardage, but we had little excess. And now I have a beautiful chair! The folks at Calico had done a spot on job of getting it right. And they have done this over, and over again. A great choice for anyone needing fabric for any project or wanting to freshen up their surroundings.

Trust the process… I had a dining set I inherited that has been in my family for over 50 years and it is a set from the turn of the last century. I went over to Calico Corners after having gone to another designer in stuart. It seems that they had a much better handle on what I wanted and we selected fabrics together to go with the coastal theme of my house. They did a lovely job.I met with three different ladies and they were all very professional and warm.The only thing was that since they were my chairs I had to have them picked up at my home and then delivered to my home but it was from a third-party and when I called calico corners they told me that it was very normal not to hear from them until they were ready. So that is the process and I just want to put that out there in case anyone else is thinking about having chairs redone.I think they look stunning. Thank you

Thier marketing is very deceiving. 0Did not see one scrap of calico. Drapes, outdoor fabrics, furniture fabrics, trims- nothing for quilting. A complete waste of my time and gas.
