They built a custom kitchen island and it came out great. Tim made us feel confident the job was going to be done well. Talking to him reduced some unknown anxiety about building our first custom piece of furniture. Would recommend to family and friends. Was not let down, nicely done.

Professional and easy to work with. I sent Tim a picture of the look I wanted and he ran with it. Customizing the vanities and the mirrored medicine cabinets as well as the woodwork on the walls! ECM bulit us a custom wall unit with floating shelves and LED lighting. The end product was even better than we had envisioned. All we had to start from was a picture we had taken at a model home. Tim was very responsive from the first contact through the end of the project and also very patient with us as we changed our minds about the concept a few times. He was always willing to discuss possibilities and updated the drawings very quickly. We valued Tims willingness to share his opinion with us about the materials and the design. We asked questions and he gave us immediate and direct answers. It was clear to us that he was more concerned with building exactly what we wanted than he was with the total price of the project. The ECM team were great to work with, they were so careful to keep the project site clean and protected the floors and walls. They were fun, pleasant and very respectful. We are planning a second project now and look forward to working with ECM again soon.

Tim and the team at East Coast did a fantastic job for us on a custom wood countertop. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using their services for more projects in the future.

Great millwork shop a pleasure to work with

Had Tim and company do a custom built-in banquet and table to fit into a bay window in my home. Wanted the finish to match my kitchen cabinetry and it was done perfectly. I imagined something pretty angular, but with Tims guidance all the corners were rounded off and he used two very large round legs wrapped in bamboo . Very creative ! This is a large table comfortable table seating six adults ( three people in the built-in and three people on the outboard side in Tommy Bahama chairs ) . The whole arrangement looks like something you would see on a mega-yacht ! Stunning . Thanks, Tim !

Tim and his crew are WONDERFUL! The quality of the work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Previous paint company hacked my cabinets. The paint was bubbling and peeling and did not have the correct finish. My kitchen was like night and day when Tim finished. BEAUTIFUL! I couldnt be happier and will definitely be calling on him again.
