I must publicly thank Tim at Ace Hardware in Sturgeon Bay who went above and beyond duty to fix the dislodged hatchback shelf in my car. He did a wonderful job and I could not be happier with the service! Ace is the Place of the Helpful Hardware Man ~ indeed!

They have a good selection of tools/supplies for most projects. The staff are helpful and will even direct you to a competitor if they dont carry what you are looking for.

These folks are the best. You may pay a little more than Big Box store, but service is impeccable, like the good old days and always seem to find what I need. The service people will not only help you find items quickly, but always offer ideas on your project at hand.

Wonderful store! Robert helped us and he was awesome! The store literally has all your needs. Pets, paints, grills, even scout stuff! Its your one stop shop to do all of your shopping and you will walk out of there more satisfied than when you walked in.

Ace hardware has excellent selection knowledgeable staff and has been a staple of the community in Door county for more than 40 years. I remember visiting them with my father in the 70s. Always friendly and helpful with a great selection.

I’ve been frequenting this store for many years and I found the staff to always be very friendly, professional and helpful in every way. The owner, Amy, will also get involved when necessary and help to resolve an issue with a product or tips and instructions on how to repair or use the item.

Ace Hardware in Sturgeon Bay is the best hardware store in the entire county. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely helpful, and they never get pushy like some of the other places in town. Theyre always busy, but theyre never too busy for great customer service.

Their online service is very useful right now. Except for some hording items (like toilet paper, household cleaners, etc. etc.) which you have to buy in the store, its easy to pickup at the rear entrance or have them deliver. Good job, Ace Hardware, really enjoy the people here. You can always find what youre looking for. And if not, suggestions on alternatives.

Nice little hardware store. Has a good amount of cleaning supplies and DIY repair stuff. Also carry nice grills and other building and gardening supplies.

A nice small town hardware store. Service is hit or miss. Certainly more competitive prices than DC Co-op.

I was really impressed by this place. Our son broke the only key (with a chip) he had for his vehicle and we were in a dilemma as to to fix it. We obviously couldnt get the vehicle there because we couldnt even start it... The associate empathized with our situation snd offered to bring the machine to our house on his own time the program the key for us. Thank you DC Hardware for helping us out with that situation!

Asked for an items whereabouts in the store, was directed to its location and checkout was quick. In and out with my item in no time at all! Totally impressed!

You might as well go here first. They have what you need at a reasonable price. And if you dont know what you need to fix it, they will tell you and even tell you how to do it! Free donuts on Saturday morning...imagine that.

This place has everything. If you cant find it here you plain dont need it. Prices are also decent and affordable. Parking lot leaves a bit to be desired but you can find off street parking as well.

Fantastic full service hardware store! By far the most favorite hardware store I have ever been to! Extremely knowegable staff who can help you troubleshoot any of your DIY questions you have and outfit you for success! Offer quite a selection of rental tools for just about any project. New Stihl chainsaw and equipment section offers full selection of saws and parts for new and old saws! If you have a project to do....this is the place to get ready for it!

I wonder if I were male if my experience would have been any different....blatant disrespect, ignored, lied to...never again! For a local business, one would hope they understand how their poor customer service impacts their business. Going across the bridge to Tractor Supply!!
