What can I say, Shawn is simply amazing and beyond helpful! Shawn got my husband and I all set up with a new plan, new phones in such a timely manner, it was awesome! Shawn you rock!

I had a great experience at Cricket today with Shawn. He was very thorough and very patient when we encountered a hiccup in transferring phones from another carrier (which was not his fault). He is very kind and helpful. I greatly appreciate his customer service and knowledge of the phones.

They didnt have very many choices for their stylo 5 cases however that was because the store had just opened. Ended up going to another cricket store that also did not have very many stylo 5 cases and that was because they did not get their shimpment in before we came. Employes were very friendly helpful and patient
