Some of the best people I have ever worked for! Working for festival reminds me of my very first job that I stayed at for over a decade; They have similar values. My managers Sue, Bridget and Nathan are great! Just wanted to post this for anyone thinking about working for festival.

We have always enjoyed this location with two recent exceptions.We purchased mixed fruit trays and found fresh fruit layered on top of tainted fruit.We won’t be buying festival fruit trays anymore.

I love their meat department I also enjoyed their horderves they are always fresh and delicious some are a little pricey but they are worth it

I tried to find contact info to keep my dissatisfaction about an isolated situation between the parties, but I couldn’t find an email to do this properly. I’ve been a customer for years, and have been happy with the store, selection, and staff. I bought a very expensive “prime” New York strip that was on sale this afternoon. I cooked it on the grill, and it was one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. It was chewy and tasted “off”. I know what I’m doing. I know how to grill anything. It’s my preference for cooking, weather permitting. I’m not looking for anything. Not looking for compensation or an apology. I’m happy with the store, but I just wanted to reach out and let them know that I had an issue. Great store. One bad incident.

Really enjoy having such a wonderful, clean Festival close by. The deli is amazing and the meat deli has some great secrets in there, too. If youre like me you shop for the basics most of the time - packaged ground beef, hot dogs, packaged chicken. I really do encourage you to check out the meat deli for a bit of a change up at times though. The pre-made, seasoned hamburger patties or kebabs or perfectly cut steaks are amazing for summer grilling. The salad bar is so delicious. Produce is always fresh and not bruised up or discolored. Incredible selection of foods in ALL the deli sections. Always my go-to dinner idea station. Oh, I cant forget to talk about the bakery either. Oh my gawd... cant say enough about the bakery! Soooo many items, from monster cookies to doughnuts to amazing cakes to perfect 7 layer bars - nothing is a disappointment.

Best Festival Foods in the Green Bay area. Always clean inside. Easy to find items in store and the store carries items that are needed. Festivals sales are amazing and I check them weekly.

Here we are in a pandemic with area hospitals near capacity, I am an ICU nurse that has been dealing with the pandemic, and the store does not enforce the mask mandate. I counted over 20 people in the store without a mask on. One unmasked guy was having a coughing fit in the produce section. Two employees were having lunch, which is great, but they were sitting right next to each other and not keeping distance. I had to leave because I do not trust that this is a safe place to shop any longer. I will now drive an extra 25 minutes for groceries every week because I will no longer shop with Festival Foods.

I really like shopping here. Very well laid out. The people are always asking if I need help. The prices are great as well.

Oh I just picked up a delicious chicken dinner for the family tonight!

I bought a mini cake for my mothers birthday today. 1st of all the bakery lady told me it was Marble cake and it was not. It was Vanilla. 2nd of all the frosting was dry and so was the cake. It was terrible I will not purchase cake there ever again.

Didnt accurately fill a floral order placed well in advance. Had to drive back an hour before the wedding to get the missing arrangements. Staff was helpful though in resolving the issue.

The Sunday ham! We get a pound, check out, run to the car and start to eat. It never makes it home.

Location was clean and well stocked. The staff was professional and friendly.

Clean store, good selection. Bank, carpet cleaner rentals, lottery tickets. Always busy though. I do prefer the less crowded piggly wiggly through no fault of festivals other than how popular it is.

The bakery staff goes above and beyond! They made a cake and smash cake for my daughter’s birthday. They let me pick the frosting and I gave them a theme and colors and sent over a picture of what I had in mind and they did an amazing job putting it all together. Liz and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the perfect cake. I was so happy walking out of the store and we got so many compliments on how beautiful it looked AND how good it tasted. If I knew how to post a pic, I would. Thank you!!

Festival Food is my favorite grocery store in Green Bay, WI

Way over priced. Service is less then average. Selection is comparable to there competition. Other stores are about half there price. I just dont get it shop another store and save yourself a couple hundred a month in food.

Theyve got a stellar hot bar and salad bar. Also an olive bar. Killin it!! Got a variety 12 pack of New Belgium, Killin it!Could be a 6 star review, but there was no live piano entertainment. What the heck festival!?

Store is clean and employees are friendly. Variety is good, but compared to the other grocery stores in a 10 mile radius, the prices are generally a little higher. Shop the sales and you’ll be good to go.

Not a fan of Festival, but it has its place. Compared to Woodmans, its VERY expensive. The deli and prepared food can be convenient though.

Bought some POM POM fruit that ended up being expired!! for 4$?!? Come on now, I googled why it smelt like alcohol turns out it fermented! ridiculous.

Prices are getting too high. Do not like the deli with the meals no variety anymore. Had more to pick from. Meals packaged are always the same. When they have good things in the deli that you like than they get rid of them. Not happy shopping get at festival foods anymore. Looking for another place to shop. Want more variety and lower prices!!!!

Giant sign says open 24 hrs yet they close 12am-5am and everything is closed due to the virus. I explained the situation and they still wouldnt sell me food. Guess Ill go hungry tonight.

Highest priced grocery store there is. My number one problem is even if you get the sale items in the ad, they won’t give you the sale unless you grab the ad. That doesn’t happen at piggly wiggly. They actually look for more coupons to help you out. Regardless the order to shop in based on price alone is:Aldis......easily save you close to 50% on your food bill and quality is high.Piggly wiggly.....expensive but they always give you their deals from the pig club.Festival....highest price and don’t give you the ad price unless you have the ad.Final conclusion is Aldis beats everyone hands down. Not even close. A much more simplified and easy way to shop that cuts your bill in half. Well worth the ride to save hundreds a month.

Great food, most of the time. Ate some sushi, and ended up throwing it up at 2 in the morning. Don’t buy the sushi.

Pricing is to high on many products that other stores with the same product have for much less and are very close by. Produce department is always good as well as the deli, meat and seafood.

I frequently shop at Festival Foods because of their excellent quality and friendly staff, despite the high prices to feed my family of five. However, yesterday I experienced a rude cashier. She never said hello or did you find everything ok like usual. In fact, she never said a word to me until she told me what my total bill ($286.00) was, which was not followed by a please or anything. When I told her I had coupons, she snatched them from my hand and rolled her eyes. Ive never experienced an attitude like this at Festival Foods, its really too bad. Good Customer service is very hard to find, unfortunately, but a suggestion to Festival Foods management would be to increase the supervision of employees customer service skills as well as their overall attitudes.
