Because of COVID-19, like everywhere these days it took longer than usual getting parts in to make repairs, but I was called almost weekly given updates as to the expect date of parts coming in as well as expected date of repairs. The manager even went an extra mile for me using left over paint to cover a chip in my paint that wasn’t on the section of body repairs were made. I highly recommend their service!

The ladies there that Ive encountered are absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful.I was there to get a side mirror replaced. The process was quick, easy and fairly priced. The end result was a perfect match to the one that they had to replace. You can see no difference between the original one and the one they put on.Id recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done to their car and you want to feel comfortable and confident about the work youre receiving. You wont be disappointed.

Had my car ready for a week and did not contact me which caused me to lose a day of vacation. Did not fix all damages to car before returning it to me. When parts were ordered, it was over a month before my car went back for the second time to be fixed. Also, had the parts for over a week before I was contacted. Poor quality work on repairs to paint. I will not use Duke Collison again for repairs to my vehicle. Employees were rude to me when the mistakes were clearly their fault.

They repaired my 2014 Chevy Silverado (60,000 miles) after a front end collision and the quality of the repair is disturbing. It has been close to 1 year now after the repair here is what has happened:1- The inner fender liner is coming off, it never lined up with the fender gaps on the other side from the beginning. Plastic rivets were missing after the repair2- They had to remove my dash to replace air bags and one of the HVAC vents was crammed into place when they reassembled the dash and it is broke / permanently recessed into place.3-My drivers seat electronic adjustment grinds gears when I try to move it forward or backwards. I was told that it could not have been damaged by the collision so they could not fix it. I hit a lady that pulled out in front of me and my truck was going 55mph. I weigh 180lbs and Im positive that the seat was damaged when my truck came to an almost complete stop as I destroyed the other car.4-I have a sensor that is going off on the dash that prevents my truck from auto starting. I took it back several times and they reset the light but it keeps coming back on within 30 days. They told me that it is exhaust related and couldnt be from the accident. Could it be a coincidence? Plausible on this one.5-They used a generic mirror on the passengers side and it slowly starts to extend out as Im driving. Its a towing mirror that is supposed to be pulled out manually but this generic unit slides out on its own.6-The repairs took way too long (over 2 months in the shop) I was called several times over the course of the repair but the reality is that it took over 60 days when I was promised 2 weeks.I would NOT take any of my vehicles back to this repair shop. Check into other shops in the area and check reviews first.

People are friendly but the only critasime. I find is there knowledge is not that good on certin things

The best customer service . My car was there for a week and they kept me posted, giving me updates, on what they had done and when it would be ready. They even cleaned the inside of my car..which was a nice treat. You will never be disappointed with their customer service or their work.

Theyve had my vehicle for over 6 weeks. They are supposed to provide at minimum weekly updates...I get nothing. When I manage to get something its different than what they told my insurance rep. The lack of communication is insane. As for quality of work I cant say until I get my vehicle back. Once that happens, then I will update my review

Leah was excellent. She was very polite and personable, as well as professional.I only got an estimate here, but if the shop is as good as she is I would recommend them.

The management/Vice President does not know how to treat people. Service has been unacceptable and very unprofessional on a vehicle they have had since early May and still in their shop no where near complete. Their people skills arebterrible and a one star rating is more than deserved.

You BETTER shop around! I went there to get a estimate because they were 1 of the three in the area with very high satisfaction reviews. All were reputable repair shops and guaranteed their work for the life of the vehicle. They were 4 times as high as the second one and 3 times as high as the third

I recently had my Nissan 350Z repaired by Duke Collision Center and they did an “OUTSTANDING” job. I recently did an online survey and I clicked “No” on one of the questions. The question asked if they called me during the repair, I said no. I said “No” because the repair was done quickly and there was no need for them too call me. They also buffed out a few scratches I had on the door free of charge. They are professionals on all levels and I would recommend them too family and friends.

They did a great and thorough job on my car. I needed it back in a week because I was leaving town. They worked very hard to get my car back on time. They are very professional and friendly. I would go here again.

Don’t waste time. I don’t get updates. My car has been there almost a month and I still have no definite answer on when I’m getting it back. So so frustrated

This collision center does not keep their word when fixing a customer’s vehicle. They send texts saying progress is being made but no work has actually been done. They only work on vehicles if the customer pushes them to. I would NOT recommend using this center!

Took twice as long as intended to fix my car but they did a great job

Dont expect your car back within the same month, even if you drop it off on the first. Entering the 5th week of the 2 week estimate, they still do not havent gotten parts. And every update Ive gotten on my vehicle was because I called or showed up the shop looking for answers and updates. I would recommend taking your car to a junk yard before having it repaired here. If possible it would have been a 0/5 for the review. One star is being super generous

Got in an accident and Geico sent our car here. Had no problems with them except when our car was done they didn’t fix the seatbelts which were locked up due to the accident. Now Geico is sending my car to a dealership to get fix and now we are taking the risk of paying for it.

Friendly, very accommodating, body work on my truck was done well; had some problems with parts and wouldnt release the truck until it was right! Awesome service.
