Not one to normally provide public feedback but just had dealt with absolute worse customer service from this location. Tried multiple times to contact store + driver who left me a voicemail. When I finally got a hold of the store, Jenny answered the phone by immediately putting me on hold… no hello, thanks for calling, etc. Completely she was complete rude + unaccommodating. Active-duty Military service member here, stationed overseas, trying to ensure my dad’s birthday gift was delivered on his actual birthday. Was told same-day service not a guarantee (false advertisement). And with nearly 2 hours left of the store being open was told by Jenny there was nothing to be done to get my fathers gift delivered on his actual birthday. She also said No manager was on duty and would not provide me store manager contact info. Instead she told me to call me and she would not answer and eventually I would be transferred to corporate. Corporate couldn’t even get a hold of the store to rectify the situation. Will never order from this location again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Do NOT use this location! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered as a surprise and they delivered it to the wrong house. I spoke with the owner and she was very rude and claimed it was delivered to the correct house, which it OBVIOUSLY was not (I received a confirmation picture of it on the wrong porch). They then told me a new arrangement would be available for pick up (after I asked for a new one) the same day so the recipient could pick it up. The recipient showed up and the arrangement wasnt ready! They made her pick it up herself 2 days later. After speaking with corporate a couple times I at least got a refund on the delivery charge, but even that was next to impossible. AWFUL customer service!!!

I just had an experience at this store that will make me never want to use their services again or recommend to anyone in the near future. On Mother’s Day, I did not receive my full order that my mother paid over $100+ for. I called on Sunday & the girl I spoke to said that it would be out Monday for delivery.Monday & Tuesday passed, so Wednesday I called. The girl, Alicia, stated that due to the gas shortage they weren’t going to deliver what I was OWED. I live less than a mile away as well. I stated that their mistake should not mean that I need to use my gas and she proceeded with, “I’m human just like you & we make mistakes. We cannot control the gas shortage.”This store needs a reiteration on customer service. No refund was offered to me or even some type of compensation. I called their customer service headquarters and received my refund. I will NEVER use this company again.

Ordered chocolate for my anniversary. Not delivered. Suffolk, Va store has no record of order, say they do not deliver here. But they have previously, I found the receipt, plus there is no other Suffolk, Va store. Called corporate, very nice, they said “it was coming via FedEx tomorrow from a different store, and it hadn’t shipped yet”??? Today was my anniversary. No email about order or anything. They messed up a previous order, so no more. Canceled order, and will never order again!

My experience has been horrible since New Management has taken over I was going there every other day spending $80 for two boxes and I was told after my fourth box I will get a free box .never received a free box and I was told you will get one ot next purchase now the new management have it so you have to pay first Ive been putting in my order and pain when I get there.. Im never going back I will travel all the way to Norfolk in Chesapeake is no better

I ordered, from out of state, something for my mother for her birthday, and the customer service was really good. Solis helped guide me through the process and the order was delivered to my mother in less than 2 hours.

On Mother’s Day i wanted something for my mother since I’m currently serving our country and can’t be there for mother day so I had a 0930 pickup that was placed 7 days in advance, got my little brother to pick it up and it wasn’t ready until 10:45. He got home, FaceTime me while he was opening it, to get it ready to present to my mom.... guess what? They gave us the wrong order after waiting an hour and 15 mins pass pickup time they gave us Mr. George’s Order. This is unsatisfactory and when my little brother went back to return it, Mr. George was there also unhappy just like us and they said that they was gonna switch the orders.... oh hell naw it’s COVID season (and I don’t know George) so demanded a refund cause I’m over it at this point. Thanks for ruining my 2020 Mother’s Day.

Horrible service!!! My husband had me an arrangement delivered and he is overseas, when it arrived and I looked at it, before even opening it there was a dead bug on my fruit. He called and told them about it and they said to bring it back and get a new one or bring it back to get a refund. They are the ones who messed it up and he paid for delivery, so why should i have to drive all the way there to take it back, especially as the person receiving a gift from someone. I will never order from there or let him order from there again.

Needed a birthday gift for a coworker, picked out the three piece birthday gift box, received my order confirmation, went to pick it up at my confirmed 6:00pm pick up time, was told they had no record of my order in the system, showed clerk detailed confirmation email, verified the information, clerk said they close at 7:00pm and there wasnt enough time to make my three pieces of fruit for the box and I would have to come back tomorrow for refund, my wife said they have a happiness guarantee so I went back inside, clerk said her manager gave her the approval to upsize my order if I can come back tomorrow, i could be there by 8:00am on my way to work, but that was too early even though they open at 8:00am, I asked for a refund and I can get my money back in two to three business days, no happiness here... So much for that guarantee.

I live several states away. My order was to be delivered on my fathers birthday. He is in a nursing home. They diverted it the day I ordered it, 5 days ahead of time. Now he will receive nothing on his birthday. All they could say was, Were sorry, the girl was new

Extremely disappointed in this store.A week ago, I called before placing my order that my mom’s edible arrangement would be delivered in the morning, and they informed me that orders in my area is delivered in the morning. I called on Mothers Day, (this morning), to make sure nothing has changed, and at 8:30am, they told me that the driver is delivering my area’s order this morning, but she couldn’t inform me of a time; this response was fine because we were leaving at noon for our reservations. However, at 12:35pm, I tried calling the store back to cancel my order and request a refund because we won’t be home and it’ll be too hot to leave it on the porch. These people at the store didn’t answer my calls anymore; they didn’t even have the common decency to explain why they lied telling me my arrangement would be delivered in the morning. I called the corporate number and cancelled my order, so now I have to wait 48 hours until the store manager or owner contacts me. I deserve an expeditious refund!

Placed a order yesterday for Valentine’s Day for my gma, places my order way earlier that morning . It says wait about 6-8 hours for them to update the tracking information, so I waited . After waiting for so long I decided to call to see what was going on, no one ever picked up the phone until I kept calling . Finally I was able to get thru but waited almost 40 min to talk to someone ... not perfectional at all . The lady said the order was pending for pickup delivery. But that it was getting delivered yesterday . Mind you it was already about 6:30 goin on 7 when they close ... she said if it was any problems that she would call back . Never did I receive a call back . You guys service is terrible and I won’t be doing services with you again .

Placed a $160 order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day (today) at my place of business! Waited until 5 pm and it never showed up! If they couldn’t fulfill their orders then someone should have contacted me to let me know. Instead they posted that it was out for delivery and it never showed up! Very disappointed!! So my card has been charged but I have nothing! So they shouldn’t charge someone’s card until it is truly out for delivery!

Not impressed. I stopped in one morning on the way to a meeting with a client to pick up an Edible to go arrangement to take with me. The girl behind the counter pointed over to the cooler saying those are the only Edible To Go arrangements they had (there were 2 of them) but they were expired so she needs to throw them away. She also pointed to a small case on the counter with cups of fruit and bark inside all of which didnt appear appetizing either.Dont advertise that you offer something if you arent going to maintain it. I will definitely not return for expired fruit on display in a cooler.One simple visit to the store which could have gone smoothly would have guaranteed my business in the future, but it was disappointing so I will not be making an effort to return.

Very very rude. Huffing and puffing when I asked questions about items. I have ordered online but never been inside of this location. I dont recommend this location. There werent any customers, I see why not!!
