Always looking for a nice local brick & mortar cigar shop to support and fell upon Bonds. Very pleasant, no pressure experience with a knowledgeable staff who, after chatting about preferences, steered me to a few sticks that Im excited to try! ...and he even gave my lighter a quick tune-up when I mentioned an issue I was having. THATS service! Great prices as well. Ill definitely be back.

Moved to the area and decided to go check them out. Fred was very knowledgeable about the products and the prices were great. He explained all the current deals where on the 1st and 15th of every month they a 15% sale on everything other deals through out the months. Im excited to be a new customer.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable as I’m a novice and ask a lot of questions. The selection is unbelievable also!

Great cigar shop. Shop owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Theres an incredible selection of cigars with plenty of accessories and anything related to cigars. He humidifies the whole shop so theres no need to walk into separate rooms or to open cabinets.

Best cigar shop in the Hampton roads area. Cigar selection is great and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Another reviewer mentioned this being the worst smoke shop ever but its not a smoke shop its a cigar shop big difference.

Doesnt have a particularly robust selection pipe tobacco so if thats youre thing youre best served with one of the other area establishments. Otherwise, no complaints

Selection was ok, but was immediately turned off by staff attitude. I have been away from cigars for many years and was trying to remember some of my favorites. Instead of trying to be helpful I got smug and dismissive comments and looks (rolling eyes). The store was empty so it was not like I was holding staff up from helping others. They need to work a little (a lot) on customer service. Maybe good reason the store was empty.

Staff is always pleasant! As a female cigar smoker, Im made at home and not followed around the store as to if I dont know what Im looking for.Nothing but class @ this Suffolk Bonds location.

New favorite cigar shop! Bob is patient, knowledgeable and recommended the best cigar Ive ever smoked! Can wait to go back.
