Worst copy associates I’ve ever encountered. I had provided a visual, and they just could not do anything for me! The copy center is lacking in equipment and capabilities! Had they any self serve units I could have done the job myself!

Went into this location looking for something specific upon entering the building I was immediately helped assisted and serviced by my request... so with that being said the store was not cluttered the atmosphere was somewhat inviting theres plenty of parking this location was ideal and adjacent to just about all major highways this particular location had a lady working by the name of Lori who saw me taking pictures of the store she asked me was there a problem I told her yes she was harassing me... I let her know Im a customer who does Google reviews she looked at me as if I should have put my camera down so I looked at her as if she needed to go and have a seat and proceeded about my way...

The print center has been great to work with. Ive had several scans and prints done with them and they have been super helpful with my questions about the specifications of their equipment. They are also very good about correcting issues with prints. During several visits I have witnessed them reprint items for customers after an error was noted and they have also done the same for me when I noticed an error with the scaling of one of my prints. Will continue to use them for my printing needs!

Could use a little better signage for products in aisles. Walked around too long searching. Staff could use a little more personality. Did have everything I needed. Fair prices.

Im sure theyre plenty nice but whatever you do DO NOT use online pickup from this location. 3 out of 4 times our inventory is off so we dont have it. I dont know how that happens at a retail store unless someone is stealing. Got a text alert there was an issue with my order.I called and knew exactly what I was going to be told. I wouldnt really care if it was the first time. I wouldnt really care if there was some sort of resolution offered. But that wasnt the case. The person I was on the phone with was not properly trained and was being coached by someone who probably not qualified to train others. Yeah. We dont have it. Is what I got.I asked if theyd ship to me when it comes in (they have free shipping) or notify me when it does come in, or give me an ETA. All I got was I dont know-s.Whats the point of offering a service to bring customers in and improve satisfaction if you cant do it properly and you push customers away.

I just had the worst experience with the print manager name Starla. She was super rude. I was only trying to print items for my wedding, but it was like jumping threw hoops just to print pictures. I told her I had a print release from my photographer and I asked could I just print it off. She gave me so much attitude and asked me to go to another computer. She wanted me to forward it over when I told her I could print it out and pay for it. She took my flash drive and said, “ I understand you might be “stressed” but this is how we get things done here.” I just asked could I print out my print release from my email. I end up just asking for my flash drive back and walked out. I wish the lady that normally works there was there today because she is so helpful. I print here all the time. I had to take time out to leave this message because it was just a bad experience. I will never Shop at this OfficeMax off College Drive again based off of bad customer service.

I normally go to Office Max to use their printing services. I printed my wedding invitations as well as the directions pages from their. They customized it using linen paper and they even cut my invitations. Ive also use their printing services to produce flyers for my business and the employees were very knowledgeable and assisting with the printing. It was a far better option than ordering them offline and it was quite cheaper as well.I also went to Office Max to pick up school supplies and was pleasantly surprised that they had the list of items for students at all the local schools from kindergarten to high school including the city of Portsmouth and Suffolk

Well I get tired of the white guys dropping the money in my hand ad if they do not want to touch me. If I put my dollars in their hands dont lay my money on the counter. Put it back in my hands. I hate the way they make me feel. I am not dirty. I am an African American woman whose company does a lot of business with. I went in to buy printer cartridges. For a Deskjet printer. The sales lady volunteered to look up what size, and I bought the one she recommended. I got it home got it in the printer and realized it was the wrong size. So now Im out 50 bucks. Other than that she was very helpful!

Every time I come here, I have to wait an absurd amount of time to be helped or acknowledged. The printing center and crew are a joke. Get ready to spend your life waiting to print something. Every single time! Come on guys!

I needed a new 🐁 I like to try them before I buy to see how it fits in my hand. OfficeMax has a great selection of Logitech mice at even better prices. Got the M720.

Why have a print center of you can’t print anything the size you want? Printed my picture cutting half of it off and made me pay for it like it’s my fault. It was 4x5 I wasn’t printing something giant?

I place an online order for store pick up. It was filled and ready in less than an hour. I went to go pick up; the place to pick up online orders is a tiny sign over by the print services register. Okay all that is fine and dandy, but the guy working that area was so indifferent about his job. He looked and acted like he didnt want to be working in the store at all. Is a little friendly customer service too much to ask for? The guy couldve at least faked it a little bit until the customers walked away from him or his area.

We got to the store @859pm and the employees were ready to lock up! But the gentleman locking the door let me in to get the one thing I needed for first thing in the morning. Big thank you!

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Their prices are high, but their customer service is great.

Terrible experience. Came to pickup my computer when they said it would be ready. Waited for 3 hours while they completed transferring everything. Got home and nothing was transferred. Very unhappy. Plan to return the computer and all the plans purchased with it.
