Griffin has been a reliable provider of propane for my own heating system for about 9 years now. As a careperson for a loved one living alone, I found myself managing another national provider (you know who Im talking about) during my loved ones recent outage (it was supposed to be on auto delivery). This national provider was and is a total customer service failure. I desperately called Devin and the Griffin team on a late afternoon after two days of frustration with the national provider.New tank and gas by the next afternoon for a new customer.Thanks to Devin and the Griffin team for exemplary service. We were given very poor instruction/communication from our builder and his agent (long story) BUT on more than one occasion, the crew at Griffin Oil & Propane went out of their way to accommodate us, squeeze us into their already busy schedule to ensure that our closing date did not get delayed. This has been an outstanding company for us the last 10 years. Not only do we get delivery on request, when we request, they have an exceptional professional installation crew that put in our propane tankless water heater that has operated flawlessly. Their delivery drivers have been with them many years. Jeff is proud of his cancer awareness pink truck...the office staff, the field staff and management are truly exceptional!

In my opinion this business is in the profession to get their money through offering the lowest prices up front and charging hidden fees on the back end. I had a propane tank with this company for just over a year and cost me nearly 600$ in gas, installation, rental fees, and removal. It is unfortunate that the business would rather get customers/ clients by charging no fee to install just to charge the customer when they had to leave due to circumstances they may not be able to control. Be sure you read the contract thoroughly (the fine print) and ask about ALL the fees associated with the rental so there are no surprises if you need to relocate unexpectedly.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the company. My furnace went out the day before my husbands funeral and I was going to have a house full of people. They came out that same day and got my heat running again. Oil is expensive. Cant help that. Wish we could! But I have never had my tank go low - they are always there and they service my furnace at the end of each summer so it is good to go for the heating season.

I have been a user of Griffin Oil for many many years...they come when I call and they quickly come when I have a problem with any of my heaters..Being elderly we are sometimes late in payment ...never a complaint. when I get the money they come on Wednesday...even if I am on 30 I can get a fill up...my husband and I both are elderly and it takes more to keep us warm...I do not understand any reviews that are negative...No if you havent paid a bill you dont get a fill up unless it is a dire emergency...to me they sometimes go high and beyond what they are supposed to do...Thank you Griffin Oil for taking care of us On Desert Road.

I have a personal review for Griffin Oil & Propane!We recently switched from AmeriGas. Thank God they sent me a 100.00 bill, for me to start my investigation on pricing. 😉My experience with Griffin is un-like any kind of service that still exists today, accept at my business Tamco Paint ( shameless plug).However we switched our home and business account to Griffin.The sales guy Devin goes beyond the salesman call of duty! He’s beyond Awesome!!! Chuck in Wakefield came to do my house hookup so we could get set up at the last minute on Friday to put in a whole house gas generator. That’s after the bed storm that left us without power 2 days prior.I can’t say enough good things about them. I encourage anyone using AmeriGas to look at their bill and look at prices. I’m grateful to AmeriGas for the reason above, they sent me a 100.00 bill to lock me in at the highest price of any company out there, which made me do research!#GriffinRocks

My family has been dealing with Griffin for years and have not experience any bad business with them I well recommend this company.

Got to watch Joe.... Got me several time’s now and I thought after catching it and his tricks he would treat me right... Had to buy my tank years ago when he went around and filled everyone he could when the price was as high as it had ever been which rent was almost half that cost at the time... It varies with price... Then he will fill the tank when you only ordered the minimum .... And knowing the only thing I run is a outside gas pack unit, and calling him to make sure he didn’t lock my tank down when the temp dropped a few weeks ago, He charged me a 95 dollar test fee saying it was law.. Now he says it is his policy... Also I had a neighbor on auto fill that was being charged twice what I was that had not been watching him... Once he knew we compaired prices, he lowered the man price to what it should have been... And I took my eyes off him and recommended him to others thinking he had learned but was wrong.... Buy you tank if possible and always shop around ... Can’t really trust any of them but Amerigas is 165.9 If you own right now and he is 199.9 and will get you if given a chance.... I have an outside wood unit I burned for years over the crooked dealing and only went back to propane after getting married for the wife... I would rate Joe and his lack of memory as to what he says at a - 35 ifI could...... Very selective memory to his advantage all the time....

Shoot, AmeriGas might be expensive, but at least they got better customer service. Lucky they can only get one star

They do not care about you, your children, weather emergencies, costs too much for so little, horrible company.

Rude customer service, rude owner. Just take your business somewhere else.
