Curbside pickup was easy no app, theres a person outside to check you in

Its getting less and less convenient. Items are constantly being incorrectly priced. Prices keep going way up way fast. Selection is drastically limited. Produce rots on the shelf and even stuff that looks good is bad when opened up. Customer service is usually not customer focused. Management isnt paged to discuss these issues. The aisles are always packed with unstocked products. Greeters check and treat each person like a criminal. The motorized carts are always out of order or given to others based on greeters discrimination.

This Walmart is a great place, shelves could be packed with more items. Food section was well stocked, plus I only live 4blks from the store so I wont jump into my car to go there. I will just walk which is a lot better for my body.

Very nice Walmart. They seem to have everything. Restrooms were clean and shelves well stocked. We got everything that we came in for (mostly food on this trip). Cashiers and employees on the floor were also very helpful and nice to talk to.

It was better before new management. The floor employees cant help you if they are stocking or involved in coworker conversation. If you need any help, your best bet is to go very early. The drawback there is theres less goods stocked so they are not available. Still, I go because prices are good and if I go at 8 am ill be in and out most of the time. I am starting to branch out to other markets now though. They are more expensive but closer to home anyway.

Really quick shopping stop with most everI went to the store for. The place is very-well stocked, and clean. Not too many shoppers inside, but its a nice thing (for my quick shop needs.)

Convenient. However, I refuse to allow those guys to look at my receipt and bags. This isnt Walmart. They dont pull that mess in those stores in the higher income areas.

I dont know what happened to Walmart system lately, but I am having issues with my orders lately. They are delayed even the grocery pick up are delayed. But if you call the store, the order is there waiting. I guess the system is mess up totally. And they are offering Walmart+ with fee! With these system issue no person would bite their bait.

I live nearby so I always come here for stuff I need. Store is clean, products are well organized, staff are helpful. Keep it up!

I found most of what I was looking for. But on the self checkout like they need to teach common courtesy to the cashier there a zero response is not a good thing.Then the entire store is out of bags. And not one sign up to tell you than until after purchase. I spoke to Mr. No Verbal and showed my receipt showing I paid for them. And magically he found 3. But the rest of the store you guys are s.o.l. how in the hell do you run out of bags???

This is a good Walmart. I even got something I wasnt expecting to find. Only issue with todays trip there were no carts to be found. Had to hunt one down in the parking lot.

I really enjoyed my shopping with Walmart. Found everything I wanted spent 3 &1/2 hrs in the store. So I really had a great time . Everything I wanted was right where I expected it to be. Since I have only been 2 times in the 3 yrs. I have been here.Thanks for letting me share my experience with you in Walmart.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Needed to buy a bookshelf and could not find an associate to help me. Found an associate and asked if they could call someone in the furniture department. She said she did not have a radio on her and to go to electronics and ask them to call someone. Went to electronics and they radioed someone. Waited back in furniture for someone to show up. When no one showed up, I called the store on my cellphone in order to talk to the manager. The phone just rang as I walked from the back of the store to customer service. No one picked up! And the person at customer service was just standing there. I her that I was calling on the phone and the phone was just ringing. Told her I was waiting for an associate in furniture. She then paiged someone. I went back to furniture and waited. Again, no one showed up. Went back to customer service, spoke to the same associate as earlier. She wasnt even apologetic about no one ever showing up to help me. At this point I just left the store. Went to Target, found what I was looking for and made my purchase. Again, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE SUISUN WALMART!!!

Ordered 2 custom cakes on 8/8 for this evening and arrived to pick them up and absolutely no associates were available even after asking, if its not their job its definitely not their problem. Just beware if you Order cakes here.

There were a few employees there that needed an attitude adjustment. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

The customer service agent was very rudePurchased my first Amazon giftcard I asked how to use it. Her response was...Read It!!!Very Rude with attitude. Reported it to management. I dont understand why work for Walmart if you dont want to be there.Walmart is losing customers due to the actions of their employees.I will never purchase their again.

I received email from Walmart, telling my online order was ready for pick up at the Suisun City Walmart. I used the Walmart App for the Suisun City store. It said the picks are available until 8pm, the app said to park in the pickup parking & check in on the app, & they will bring my order out to.my car.#1 There is *not* any check in with the Suisun City app#2 The pick-up parking lot does not have any numbers in the parking slots either to identify where your car is parked for your delivery either.#3 I went inside store to ask where do I go, to pick up my online order#4 I was told I have to go back to my car again & drive to the Pharmacy drive through window, to get my online order#5 I got back into my car & drive to the pharmacy drive through window. There is a red button you push to get help. Nobody came to help me for 15 minutes of pushing the red button#6 I call the main store phone line & pressed #3 for the pharmacy, the phone rings for 5 minutes without any one picking up the call. Finally after 7-8 minutes someone from the electronics Dept picked up the roll-over call. They told me the Pharmacy is closed & doors locked. The lady told me that the Pharmacy closed at 7pm. I came at 6 pm to pick up my order. All this wasted time running in circles & the pharmacy was closed & I never got my online order. Who ever heard of picking up your online store order at the Pharmacy drive through window????????#7 I am not happy with the Walmart app! All the Suisun City store information is wrong!!!!!I had to drive 30 minutes to get to Suisun City store, wasted one hour at Suisun City store & parking lot, trying to make heads or tails of the Walmart app & going in circles!!! I am not happy.

I mostly shop here for grocery pickup. Super easy and convenient, plus you can add any other non grocery item to your purchase. I just check in on the app, pull up and park, and the purchased items are loaded into the car!

I love this store..from the moment you walk in from the greeter to the store manager to the cashiers everyone is committed to excellence and I appreciate it..

It is a one stop shop, they have a large selection of anything one could need to sustain a family for a lifetime.

Its a good place to shop and to use the bathroom. Parking lot has a many available spaces so its an easy in and out from this WalMart. Inventory is usually kept up in stock so that is all I can ask from a Walmart.

My suggestion to any customer or shopper is that don’t go at this location because they have the worst customer service assistance in all Walmart store that I’ve been to! The hold or wait is way terrible! Unbelievable! I won’t go in here anymore especially the pharmacy. I’ve gone here twice, I’ve waited for at least 30 mins each every I go here! Bad terrible service!

Ill admit Walmart is not my favorite store but when I have to make a trip to my local Walmart. I prefer this Walmart over the N. Texas Walmart. People are just a tad less rude but just a tiny bit less. My blood pressure doesnt spike up at this location. The store is better stocked and clean, inside and outside. I dont mind the long drive even if the N.Texas location is closer to me. I still prefer to drive out to the Suisun Walmart because my mental health deserves a peaceful shopping experience.

I came in to buy a computer I just left another store I didnt have what I wantedPatty in the electronics department went far and above to help me get what I wanted.The computer that I wanted I just came in and the display was not up yet she went and found one and had to dig through a lot of computers that was very nice of her and I bought the computer

There was an associate in personal needs department who was asked multiple times by different customers for assistance. Her reply was I dont have the key. Both customers asked if she could call someone else to help them. Her reply was I dont have a walkie.She showed no interest or enthusiasm in assisting the customers. Today, Suiusn Walmart gets a failin customer service.

I can understand why the Suisun City WalMart doesnt care about the unkept in the parking lot to the right as you drive into Walmart.The litter and garbage everywhere.And the landscaping looks so bad.Nothing is taken care of over there.Its too bad with all the money 💰 that store brings in.How about doing the upkeep, and make it look appealing to look at.

The one stop shop for most. I love it most of the time especially when theres less people in the store. A lot of my family have worked here including myself and some still do. One of my favorite places to shop

As far as Walmarts go, this one was nicer than most. Clean, organized, well stocked. Its still a Walmart so they didnt have many of the food products I normally buy at Target or Raleys to accommodate my food allergies.I did catch an employee playing on their phone in the back corner of the garden department, when they realized a customer was nearby, they quickly put it away. Whatevs.

This store and all the other Walmarts in the area should really open more registers instead of having LPs follow and irritate good paying customers its ridiculous..

Well, its walmart and theres always something interesting happening at walmart. I went in wanting some blueberry muffins for my french vanilla coffee next morning. To a pleasant surprise I find a pack with both blueberry and banana muffins, thinking I had just found the perfect way to start tomorrows breakfast. STOP. my item wasnt being scanned at checkout, one the attendants told me that those muffins had been recalled, she didnt mention why but Im assuming they probably used too much wax to preserve them because they did look a bit hazy for muffins. Also I think some dude and his daughter were trying to sell us edibles or something because i saw some walmart bakery items laid out on his truck bed. 4 stars because the ice was cheap there.

Over all it was a very nice walmart. Very clean,helpful employees. Yet I wish they kept better track of there inventory. It stated that they had pokemon in stock and not a thing I found. 🙂 This Walmart has different assortment of products compared to Walmart in Vacaville. It 👀 seems like this Walmart is bigger. Customer service is very good, store is clean 👌 and there is a Subway and there is also FedEx in the store. Thats a very good 💡 ideal you can have 📦 packages sent out, or picked up while shopping 🛍. Also get a sandwich 🥪 made. 🙂 Keep up the very good 👍 work 👏..

Dont order fresh vegetables fresh curbside pick up, ive received rotting moldy vegetables, ive complained and nothing was done about the issue, they also need to be trained in bagging groceries and they let the phone ring forever and when you hear someone pick up, they hang up instantly. Suisun location. Horrible! Their only redeemable quality is the availability, location and prices of products. I give them an F in customer service and support!

I waited about 25 minutes for someone to attend me in the jewelry section I asked for help from about 5 workers and they just ignored me.

I like wallmart &their prices. But I feel like they should have more checkouts open or atleast call for checkers when lines get long. Ive worked retail for years and when lines started forming they would call for more checkers to open. Also some employees need to engage more with customers-There is nothing more irritating than asking where an item is and their response is over there or they push you off onto another employee that you have to wait for. Take your customers to the item or give them an isle number or take them to someone who can help.

They havent had the inventory for like 2 or 3 months whoever does the inventory there needs to learn how to do it better and they need a stalk the shelf s

The lines are absolutely ridiculous all of the time. They closed the self check outs at 8:30 pm so that isnt even an option. Customer service is never open. Everything is locked up behind glass, even the vacuums. Good luck trying to get someone to unlock it for you. And dont bother asking any employee to see if they have something in stock in the back. Customer service is dead.

The Suisun Walmart is the best out of the three near me. The employees are the nicest they have no lines even during holidays i was in and out today. Their store is the cleanest at of them all!! Ill drive to this one every time from Cordelia and my gf who told me about this one will now drive from American canyon because she said the same thing!!!

This is my favorite Walmart to go to. Very friendly staff and a great selection. I really dont like how they changed their section where they keep cosmetics and hygiene products though. 😤 I hate when Walmart boxes that area in with shelves so that there is only one way in and one way out of the section. I know its to reduce theft but when its busy in the store it is nearly impossible to navigate that section because the aisles are only wide enough to fit one cart through it.

Todays visit 03.14.2021 was not as good as previously. The store didnt have a lot of items in stock. I always use the app to check inventory but the app was incorrect, which I understand can happen. Some staff were helpful, others were not.

I mean, its a Walmart, there isnt much to say, employees are nice but pick up orders often always have missing items, at least they dont harass you like the Fairfield location.

People that work here need some customer service training. Some are rude and others can be pretty nice.

I normally shop at this location and I like the layout a lot and I’ve never really had any issues. Due to this pandemic, I tried out the grocery pick-up on Sunday 4-19. I ordered 15 items but at my pick-up time I was texted that they were sold out of 7 items that I ordered. I went inside to grab something else and found that they had all 7 items in stock. SUPER disappointed in the pick-up. I hope this was just a fluke for my order and that it’s not happening to people all the time. I won’t be wasting my time with that again.

Very clean and friendly Walmart supercenter definitely a big store so plan on spending some time here. me and my fiance went exploring and found lots of stuff we were looking for all at great prices The staff here is very friendly overall we had an amazing experience I would definitely recommend shopping here for lots of your needs.

I have to give this Walmart 5 stars as opposed to the Fairfield Walmart which I will never go back to. This Walmart in Suisun City is clean the employees are very helpful there is no 2 hour wait at grocery pickup. I do all my shopping at Walmart at this store is my favorite one.

Walmart has definitely stepped up during this pandemic. I can honestly say they usually have what I need. Last night the employees that helped me were more engaging. I appreciate both my super & neighborhood Wal-Marts.

Thus is my first time at this store. The parking lot could be reconfigured better to allow for more cars but the store was impressive and the clerks were wonderful in helping me locate an item for a friend.

Every time I place a online order they say that on some items that they were out of stock but in fact there not, I picked up my order today with out of stock items but then I went in to the store to see if that was true and is not, I found most of my out of stock Items in the shelfs, Well I had to substitute for another item to better just how they should have, If there going to advertise online that they do have it available then they should be responsible to substitute to a higher and better item, theyve done it b 4, I dont know if the item pickers are just lazy or management just not permitting to substitute because they lose money and you all know Wal-Mart there all about money first employees secondand customers last.
