Simply put -- these are some of the most trustworthy individuals Ive met in auto repair. Not only did they give me a fair price to rebuild my transmission, but they provided me a warranty that covered it for 1 year and then honored it 11 months later when the transmission failed again.I truly appreciate the team here at Sulphur Springs autom

I took my 1991 GMC pick up to get the transmission rebuilt .When I git it back, it made a clicking noise and it shudder especially when I put it in reverse. When I told them, he said that it was the engine that was causing the problems. I took it to a automotive shop, it was not the engine.I let him know and he said that it was rebuilt correctly, that I need to drive it tell it wouldnt work anymore. He said to bring the truck in and they would check it out but would charge me again if they didnt find anything wrong .I didnt trust them so I took it to another shop. They said it was not rebuilt correctly . This is what they had to do, they had to put a Master o/h kit, torque converter, ATS, INPUT DRUM, REVERSE DRUM, PUMP STARTER TUBE, AU WAS DAMAGED.I WOULD NEVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . I am out of $1,366.12 with this company .

Worst place to get transmission work done! Paid $2500 to have the transmission in my 2011 impala a little of a year ago. After the warranty period (low warranty period of 6 mos) expired the transmission started leaking fluid at the oil pan due to loose bolts. Tightened the pan bolts then a few weeks later had a chattering sound. A few days later the torque converter bolts had fallen out. Had to fix the threads in the torque converter and put in new bolts. A few days later the transmission started slipping. Called the transmission shop to see if they would help with any of the costs and for them to fix it. Was told that its out of the warranty period so all they could do was diagnose the issue and give me an estimate. Will never let them touch my car again. Transmission should last more than a year. Been told by other people that had theirs rebuilt by them that they gad the same issue. Dont take your vehicle here for repairs. Take it to a real transmission shop.

Person that answered the phone was rude when asked about a transmission problem. I asked if he knew what the problem was on my situation and I got a plain no and a quick hang up. If this is a transmission place they should know the issue.
