Great experiences with this firm. Wanted to purchase a mattress for a guest room. I found something that I liked, purchased it, and it was delivered promptly. I purchased a queen set for the guest room and will most likely go back and purchase a king set for the master bedroom. It is so nice to find a small company that knows how to treat a customer.

My shopping trip to Mattress Heaven was very successful. Daniel knew his inventory from top to bottom. He was able to advise you but choice is your own. Many options available from low-end to high-end with many in between. So many GREAT mattresses it is hard to make a decision. Finally narrowed it down and couldnt be happier. Okay - this is my second mattress that I bought here and although I do not like writing bad reviews, I believe this is warranted. The first time we bought a mattress, the delivery got botched. We thought it was just bad luck. I usually give someone a second chance. This time, the mattress was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they called and said that it wont be until Thursday. We are moving into a house and upgrading our bed to a king, so we dont have any other bed to sleep on for Thursday night. My husband called the store to find out the status to make sure it will be delivered at noon and the lady said how do you feel about it being delivered tomorrow (Friday). My husband then told her it was suposed to be delivered on Tuesday and they moved it to today at noon and it needs to be delivered by 5:00 on Thursday. She said shed call him back. She called back and said it will be delivered at noon today. Now I dont know what is gong on. Again (reading through past reviews), they are blaming the delivery people. It sounds like this is a problem. Also, we were supposed to have sheets included with it, and they didnt deliver those at all. Husband is calling to check on that. Its just bad business and I really wanted to trust this company again, but in two years, it sounds like the same problems have repeated themselves.

I have to say Daniel was the nicest person Ive ever dealt with when buying furniture.I told him my budget and he got me a great bed.Never tried to push me into a higher price set.He was so polite and respectful and so down to earth.He had my bed delivered within a couple hours of my purchase.Actually I probably should return it 😉Before I bought this new mattress set, I was lucky to sleep 4 hours a night..Omg now Im sleeping 8-10hrs.My bed is so comfortable.I dont want to get out of it.The delivery guys. They were so awesome.They got my bed set up within minutes.They were so friendly.I recommend that you go here to get your next bed.What I paid for such quality for the set, the rails and delivery.I couldnt even buy the mattress elsewhere.Great peopleSuper great pricesAnd the best people to deal with in TexasIm new to Sulphur Springs but Daniel treated me like family.I appreciate him and his delivery guys.

Karen was AWESOME! She was super helpful. I gave her all sorts of random details and the mattress she suggested was PERFECT! The price was the best in town even compared to stores in Dallas. It was delivered right on time and I am a Mattress Heaven shopper for life!

My Husband and I purchased a mattress from Mattress Heaven on May 30, 2020 the Salesman told that it would be 2 weeks before we would get our mattress but that he would follow up with us in a week to give us an update on our mattress. His call never came and so I called on June 15th and the lady told me that our mattress should be in store on June 18th. Never got called to tell us that they do not have our mattress on June 18th, so i called on June 19th and the lady told me that our mattress will be on June 23rd. Well today is June 23rd and when we called about our mattress the lady told us that it should be in on June 25th almost a month later. I feel like there customer services has been very poor and I feel like at this point we will never get our mattress. I have been very unhappy with this company.

Karen, the sales lady literally talked me through every single one on the floor until I made my final purchase seeing as Im extremely picky! By far the worst customer service i have ever had in my life time. Expected delivery is almost always NEVER on timeBut honestly i dont have a problem with the people who delivered my mattress because it was not their fault, the owners and person i spoke with on the phone did not give me an honest update on why they were running behind! So if your reading this give your customers correct and honest information, and stop making the customers think that its all the delivery peoples fault!! To everyone out there If u honestly want a mattress dont go here Ever! The owners just lie and lie, and the only good 5 star reviews are their own which is pretty sad and pathetic.

I was suppose to have my mattress delivered on Wednesday but was rescheduled to Friday. By 3:30 it was not here so I called the man told me it would be here by 5:00 at 5:30 I called and he said it would be here by 7:00. Its now 8:00pm and its still not here! I have company from out of town and I am not sure where they will be sleeping! Thanks guys!!!

Paid off my bed in 3 months and now I own it they owned up to what they offer

I bought a mattress from this company vua wowcher. On the wowcher website the mattress was on special offer and i have seen the offer of luxury hybrid double mattress reduced from £450 to just £79. I paid £79+£20 delivery charges. Once I received the mattress then I realised that I received a ordinary mattress which I don’t even a buy on £50. Since that day I keep trying to negotiate with the company. They are agreed to return the mattress but they asked me to pay for return delivery which is totally unfair. So technically i am suposed to loose my first £20 delivery charges and now return £29 delivery charges on it. It’s been two months that i am trying to convince the company that they sent me wrong order but they are not taking it seriously. I have provided them a picture of mattress I bought with the order number but it seems to be like they are not interested in this matter at all. The worst customer service and non ethical behaviour I have ever seen in my life. I personally wont believe on any five star comments on their website because they are very non professional and lier. If any serious sensibke company person is reading this so kindly solve this matter and collect the wrong mattress from my house and dispatch the correct mattress I ordered and paid.
