Im so thankful they are just down the road. My 2 youngest kiddos are hearing impaired and patients at the Callier Center. But anytime I need emergency help with their hearing aids, Brooks is always there and willing to help. Very kind staff. Weve have been going to them for 5 years now, Greenville and Sulphur Springs.

I thought my nearly new hearing aid had quit working. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same morning. At the appointment, a young lady took my hearing aid and within 10 minutes, had my working hearing aid back to me. It only needed cleaning, now I know.

I travel about 90 miles to do business with Brooks. It started years ago when the insurance I had only accepted them. I have changed jobs and insurance companies a couple times and contacted several local hearing specialists in Texarkans. The attitude from the locals was enough to send me back. Brooks has always been friendly and provides excellent service and thats worth the 180 mile round trip

Caring professionals from the desk to the provider! They took the time to help me qualify for VA equipment because they thought that equipment would be the best fit for me. Wasnt the easy road but they worked for me to not only get the equipment I needed but to get it replaced when my house burned to the ground. Cant explain real, honest, caring, and personable people adequately enough.

Brooks in Sulphur Springs is awesome. I was worried about who would service my hearing aids when we moved here. Brooks has been just what I needed. They sent my aids in to have them repaired. They clean them whenever they need it, and once a year they check my heating and adjust my aids as needed.

NOT RESPECTFUL OF YOUR TIME! I scheduled the first appointment of the day and it took them 20 minutes to see me. No explanation or apology. If they need time to setup in the morning, they should schedule accordingly.
