Had an issue rolled in there 5 minutes before opening time and one of their mechanics dropped what he was doing to assist me with correcting the malfunction on my vehicle and completed the repair within half an hour. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the timeliness.

Road side robbers. I needed a new rear end they was gonna charge me 2200 and i got it done at hellions for 1400. And they charged me 300 just to pick up my truck when I told them I didnt want them to do it

I wanted to drop off my vehicle to have them look at it . When I got there a woman came through the door from the shop. I asked if she worked here and she said yes. I said I wanted to drop off my van so they could look at it. I saw they were busy so I assumed it would not be today, and she said those same words “it probably won’t be today”. I said yea that’s why I am dropping it off so you can look at it when you can. Then she went off on me. Saying I had an attitude, she started calling me names and telling me to leave. Which I was already. She blurted out that she was the owner, like I cared. I my opinion she’s a looney. Then she called her henchmen. But no one would listen to her. I left took my work to a professional shop which wasFirestone down the street. Weird women. Look out if you take your vehicle here.

Absolutely the worst repair experience in my life. Took my 2001 Ford Mustang GT in due to a bad transmission mount along with a minor oil and transmission leak. My vehicle was returned with a horrible exhaust leak and the exhaust hanging after spending $500 bucks on a new exhaust the week prior. I got a little agitated after viewing the insufficient repairs and decided to sell the vehicle instead. The buyer called back on his drive home stating that the transmission oil dipstick bolt fell out and leaked all the transmission fluid out. Even with all items supplied for the repairs they still charged $1100 for a terrible repair job. I called to complain about the work and never even received the promise follow up call from the owner. Lesson learned...........

Never ever go there..they charge my wife and I $1500 for a fix that was never fixed and said it was our fault..we moved the transmission and motor that caused a leak and he will fix it for $900..And he told me. A paying customer that my name isnt on the car soo why am I mad and upset..very bad business..I would suggest no one go there and get ripped off with that same treatment..😤🤬

This shop is one of the best kept secrets in Sumter. Not only is the service way more than excellent, and the prices reasonable, but you can rest assured that he knows how your car works and will find the best way to fix it. The warranty on both parts AND labor are better than a dealer and serviceable at hundreds of places across the country.

Ron Tisdale is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have found, not only in this small town, but across several towns, cities and states. Coming from a family of well respected mechanics, he has grown up with a wrench in his hand. Also, part of his ability to offer an extended warranty on both parts AND labor, that can be serviced at over 800(and growing) shops across the country, he is required to log several hours every year of continuing education to stay ahead of, fast changing, automobile technology. This experience and quality of work are provided at a great price, which seems to be very hard for other mechanics to match. Finally the service here is top rate. Not only is Mr. Tisdale very respectful and willing to explain what is wrong, what he can do and what it will cost to do it; but everyone there shows the same kind of professionalism and courtesy as he does. It is quite apparent that each person there truly cares for the customers and has a very welcoming and warm demeanor . For all these reasons, o wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.
