Prices are very reasonable and the clerk is very sweet

I love this place! Books here can be a bit pricey compared to other places, but the workers are so amazing and informative, even if they dont know they will look things up and locate EXACTLY what you want. I easily spend $100 a month here. Thank you guys for making me want to read more. AMAZING!!

Books-A-Million is a great bookstore. It is the only real bookstore in Sumter and is located in Sumter Mall. They have a wide variety of books and even have some toys and other things. The prices are very reasonable. If they do not have the book you are looking for then the staff will happily order it for you. I appreciate how helpful the staff always is and how well organized and clean the store is. I would recommend Books-A-Million to anyone searching for a good bookstore.

As a bookstore I love this place. The staff is attentive and even goes out of their way to help. Unfortunately, the selection is small and the prices are far above what can be found online. So the store as a store is great. However is you want a book and dont mind going online you will save time and money going that route for less known titles.

This is the best place for the best selection of books... I usually stop there to find books to send to my grandchildren because they have such unique gift ideas that I havent been able to find elsewhere. Unless you know exactly what book you want, I think its very difficult to order them online.

They always have great sales that draw me in. I start looking for one book and leave with 6. Customer service is great. They have always been attentive and helpful.

I cannot express how grateful I was for the helpful and friendly lady who helped me today. I would have had to walk all over that store blindly searching. She asked what I needed, and took me right to it, and then offered three different options for the same book. That right there was some great customer service.

I love Books•A•Million! They always have what Im looking for, if not in the store then online and then I just order whatever I need/want and they will ship it to you or to the store for you to pick up. Shipping time is also very quick! Recently, I ordered one very large limited edition book and about 2 weeks later I ordered 8 books and 2 journals. I had all of them shipped straight to me and thanks to my member card(Millionaire membership) the shipping was FREE, not to mention the amazing deal they were running that saved me alot of money! Both times I received my order within a week. I highly recommend Books•A•Million, whether in-store or online, to everyone, because they do truly have something for everyone,

This was the most disappointing book store, so small compared to others. No one there was really interested in helping me when I was looking for a specific book. So disappointed.

Staff here is always helpful and cordial, for such a small store they have surprisingly a good amount of items and if they dont have it they will order for you and have it sent to the store or your house. Just great all around.
