Nothing is never in stock for what I need. I cant even use my gamestop credit card on the gamestop website, keep on getting an error message. After spending 3 hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution I have given up. Ill just pay off that card and cancel.

Dont really have many things in stock. All PS4 controllers were sold out. I had to order one on Amazon

Was in here few days ago and the customers were very very rude. I walk in no, “Hi welcome to game stop” or anything It says you have ps4 controllers in stock so i ask and you guys shake ur head staring at ur phones

Pre ordered monster hunter rise showed up early to pick it up didnt even have their shipment didnt know when it was coming cancel the order and put the money towards another game had to pick it up from Walmart me my coworker n others all had to do that really bad on GameStops part

I like GameSpot but lately they seem to have been picked over and the new used vs new section is a bit difficult to quickly navigate.

Computers went down while down employees didnt answer phones to give updates after the alloted time they said it would take to opened past

Clean store, lots of clearance. Looks like theyre going out of business (as it should, lol). Picked up a black series incinerator stormtrooper helmet for $90. And a whole bunch of little things for like $5 a piece.

Great guys the people at the mall suck. This store is basically the definition of GameStop. They will try to answer your questions to the best of their ability.

Service is very helpful and I always find what I’m looking for.

They never have new products that should be in but they always have a decent selection and nice workers. Although Id be careful with the workers as they will try their best to sell you extra.

GameStop as a whole is a joke waited outside for 13 hours just to find out that they only had 2 PS5s but consoles and games somewhere else highly unreliable.

They sell almost every game that I want. From Nintendo NES to Nintendo Switch. They have all games.

Sons xbox head set broke. Couldnt find the receipt, but cashier found the extended warranty in thier system. Quick and easy.

Online gaming is the biggest competition. I dont have a any of the modern consoles, all I have is a 360 so theres not a big selection for me here but they have a ton of xbox 1 and ps4 games

The store layout makes it difficult to look at goods without being in someones way. The staff was great, and they had what I wanted, but the store setup made the shopping experience suboptimal.

Fast friendly service clean store

The only reason I give gamestops okay reviews are because its great to have a nostalgic feel and these stores do that for me, kinda reminds me of block buster. Id go to these more if i got alittle more money back and they wouldnt screw us out of our moneys worth in a game.
