This place is a joke, I literally have to wait outside the store for 30 mins just to get service, the woman thats operating the counter was taking her time talking to customers about getting her nails done!! The customer service alone takes forever. This is not a good business!
The ladys in the store are completely awesome . A experience that will have you leaving happy . With what your looking for . From just a typical phone or for one that just blows the rest of the competition out of the water . If you want a very fast reliable phone . These ladys here will show you the best of the best . The ladys at this store has always helped me out . With either just paying my bill or wanting to upgrade to the elite of cellular technology. The customer service at this location was very professional land welcoming. .The manager Michelle Holliday was very friendly and concerned about my needs in obtaining new phone service with the company. She answered all my questions and helped make a smooth transition in new phone service. I can tell that she works hard to ensure the customers are happy with their service and get the best deal that works for them. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Not many places in Sumter people are able to get quality service, but this is one place I am never disappointed. TMobile Sumter is like no other. Im compelled to thank Ms. Holiday and her staff who are professionals and make ever customer feel like the only customer. This location really needs to be the model store for customer service for TMobile customers but for the Sumter Mall. Smiles, appreciation, kindness, professionalism, and great service. Paid $45 for a new screen protector for my new s20. They installed it incorrectly which caused it to crack on the side. They attempted to fix it and added a whole spiderweb of cracks then put my case back on and said theres nothing they can do. The manager said See what I have to put up with all day?
These ladies are awesome!!!!! I live in Atlanta but anytime i need anything dealing with my phone i head to Sumter- i have went to local establishments but they are not as knowledgeable as my Sumter T Mobile chicks, they keep me updated on the latest promotions, phones, and my entitlements- that’s why i love them so, Michelle, Tysheka, Montana and the crew will always get my business because i don’t mind riding for great customer service!!!

Clean store located in the local mall with ample parking. However, this store is not an “official” T-Mobile store and you will probably not receive the same level of service that is typically offered at a store directly controlled by T-Mobile. From the brief in-store experience that I received, will never visit this store again. Unfortunately for anyone that resides in Sumter, it is the only full sized T-Mobile store within a 50-mile radius and the staff at the store clearly take advantage of the lack of local competition. This location is operated by Express Stores, LLC.
Rep at T-Mobile was so nice she help me and didnt pressure me into a sell I will continue on going to Montana with everything!!!
Employees tend to be under trained and with minimal technical acumen. Also tend to be rude, e.g.: help other customers and employees while trying to help you, who was there 1st. Never excusing themselves.
Tried to ask one question on deals. They were too busy taking among themselves about lunch to help out. Also they said the j7 is the same as an s7 which are far from the same. I dont think they know what they are talking about when comparing phone specs.

This is by far the worst t mobile I have ever gone to. I have been having issues with recieving phone calls, as Im currently looking for employment i need to be able to recieve calls from potential employers. The customer service number I called the day prior said my sim card was defective and that I can just go into a store near me to pick up a sim card. However when going to this location I was told I needed to have a credit applied to my account they cant just give me the free sim card due to defects.even though it stated it in the memos of my account to charge me $0.00. That made no sense to me I called customer service number back and they assured me that a credit did not need to be applied for a defective sim card. I call the sumter location again and explain what I was informed, and she still said no they will charge me 27 dollars onto my card, I need a credit to show on my account and I will be charged 27 dollars less on my bill. I again tried to explain what i was told she told me it did not matter what customer service said. I called columbia location qnd asked if i came in for a defective sim would my card be charged i was told no mam not for a defective sim card I have to drive an hour out of my way due to the lack of knowledge at the sumter location. She also appeared to have a non employee behind the counter as there was no t mobile name tag or shirt, and she had a shower cap on her head. Qnd was trying to do stuff for her phone on the computer. Maybe she is an employee and wasnt working that day but this location is so unprofessional and needs better training. Glad I got a new sim card no charge an hr away.I was there 10/19/18 around 1 o clock. Should the manager like to know how their store is being ran.
Took sim cards, trashed them and said she couldnt give me my money back.In the store i was told my service was transferred, coustomer services said i wasnttried twice to return their phones, the employees were busy laughing and talki g and no noone knew what to do, had to take them to columbia to return them without a problem.worse experience ever!
I called to ask about some upgrade options. I was cutoff multiple times before being hung up on. Very disappointing seeing that theyre the only physical TMobile store in Sumter.
The customer service is a friendly informal service. It has less rush that other T-Mobile stores but is more fun because of that real personality.

Is there a way to make the star less then half? Because the service is poor, no actually is very very very poor. The ladys are very rude and ghettoish ( I dont even know if thats a word) worst place Ive ever been in US so far.
