Edit: After getting in contact with them, they were able to work with me and issue a refund with no issues. The person who helped me was extremely respectful and helped out a lot. Maybe it was just the rush of the weekend that some things went wrong with the order.Original: There were a couple strawberries rotten like the one pictured. There were a handful of other strawberries that were underripe with half the strawberry being white. When the order arrived, the chocolate covered strawberries were soaked in condensation as well and the berries themselves soggy. I know its because of it being delivered in a truck (it was delivered in a F250 truck) and not in Edibles own delivery truck equipped with cooling capabilities for exactly that reason as the website states. For as much as their stuff costs, it should be flawless. But that mistake wont happen again, I will be making my own from here on out at a fraction of their price with fresher fruits.

I usually go here for my smoothies, and they are fresh and delicious. Customer service is always on point and they even have a punch card so after so many purchases you get a free smoothie! My ONLY request is that they should consider getting a drive thru, Id come twice as much! Great Job guys!

The arrangement had a lot of condensation. You could literally see the water dripping from the fruit. When I went into the shop to speak with the manager he told me the only thing he could do was to make the arrangement over. But only if I brought in the container the orginal arrangement was made in; or he could give me a box of chocolate covered strawberries. I believe those gestures were unacceptable being that my sister paid over $80. I love edible arrangements and have purchased a number of times from the Florence SC location. I seriously doubt Id use or recommend this location to anyone.

They said nobody was home, but nobody showed up. They said they would refund, minus the $14 delivery fee. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place especially if your having them delivered to base.
