Polly and Katie have been so easy to work with. They have taken such great care of my dad in the most recent months. They are helpful, professional, and compassionate in their care. Whenever he needs something, they work him with a timely appointment and make sure he is taken care of. They are so helpful and thorough in all of their explanations of services provided. I have been using Miracle Ear hearing aids for more than 20 years, they are top of the line devices. Miracle Ear in Sumter SC provides continuing care and superb maintenance. They have the best aftercare out there and the office staff at the store on Bultman Dr. in Sumter SC are the absolute cream of the crop. I have been going to Polly since 2010 and she always does her absolute best to accomodate my hearing needs. My hearing loss is profound and getting worse but Polly kept trying different devices until we found the right fit. Thank you Polly for not giving up on me.

After the testing, she sit down with me and explain the benefits of the hearing aids and how they operated.There was no rush to finish and make a sale until everything was explained and demonstrated and you made up your mind. Unlimited amounts of follow up to make sure your hearing aids or working the most efficient for you. Each follow up with schedule and had as much time needed with-a very professional and understanding manners. Been using hearing aids for about a year now. My problem was word understanding. Went to Miracle Ear Sumter and meet Polly. She was very thorough checking out my hearing report from my doctor and made recommendation to what I needed. She is very professional. I lost the hearing in my left ear during surgery in June 2020. My doctor recommend Cross hearing aids. These are designed with a receptor in the left ear that transfers sound from the left side to rt. ear. I have a hearing aid for my rt. ear as I have a 20% loss in that ear. I began at looking on the internet to find where I could find one of these not too far from home(Mannin,SC) Luckily, I found Miracle Ear in Sumter, about 20 miles from home! Polly knew exactly what kind of hearing aids I needed & ordered a set right away & Katie called me when they came in. When I put them in I was amazed that I could hear out of my left ear & better out of my right ear! After trying those a couple of weeks, they werent working exactly right for me. Polly didnt hesitate to order another kind. She worked with me for several weeks to get them working exactly right for me. She is one of the most pleasant persons I have ever met. My husband & I both have always been treated very nice. Polly makes getting use to hearing aids almost fun! Her knowledge amazes me! She has helped me so much any time I need some extra help. I am thankful for Miracle Ear in Sumter & especially.for Polly! **** 11/9/2021 My first review was written in reference Polly & in my oppion she still deserves 5 stars! The Miracle Aid Company doesnt deserve 1! My Hearing Aid cost $3600 & has NEVER worked over approximately 10-15 min. I tried to return it but wasnt allowed to because the 30 days was up. 14 of those 30 days it was in the shop! It now sits in the box because it doesnt work! It is impossible to speak to anyone in corporate. The phone #s listed connect you to a robot who never gets you to a person. Please dont throw your $ away like I did. There are much better hearing aids out there for much less!
