Great place to buy a car

I really felt like I was part of the Mazda family here. From the moment I dropped off my car and talked to the service department; I felt my needs were being addressed. I received two phone calls about my car just making sure I knew my car was ready. I like southern hospitality. I loved how I was listened to about my concerns. There are so many men out there that dont listen to a woman about her car. Ladies, you and your car are well taken care of here!!! If I lived here Id definitely would be back.

No longer has a Mazda dealer. Need to update so people can access proper information

While shopping for a new Mazda3, I emailed at least 10 different dealers in SC/NC/GA. I wasnt pleased with my local dealer in Charleston, so I wanted to branch out. Of all of those contacted, Scott Will by far was the most courteous, professional, and quick to respond. Not only that, they gave me the lowest price, right off the bat. Other dealers would hem and haw before finally giving me a number. My email contact, Brian, gave me a no-nonsense quote, and when I drove up to see the car in person, the price hadnt magically changed, nor were there any extra charges tacked on at the last minute.Hands down, the best dealer Ive dealt with in the South. Highly recommended.

Service manager is easy to talk with and understands what exactly I want them to do for my car.

Do NOT call at 5 they will act like the dont hear you even when your phone is perfect. I called at 5 and they answered and when I asked about to see if they had a 04-08 mazda 3 in stock she said hold on and put a guy on the phone and he acted like he couldnt hear me. So I hung up and called my girlfriend. My phone just happened to work fine. So I called 2 more times and she kept doing it. Horrible service towards the end of the day. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Adam in the Service department went above and beyond to get my car fixed properly. I had spent twice as much at another shop trying to get my car fixed with negative results.

Thier prices to just diagnose are rediculous..but the service is legit.

Dealt with Alan and thought he was a straight shooter and pleasant to work with. Deal wouldnt have gotten done without him.

Real helpful when it come to recalls. Will ever give you a loaner car if they have to keep your and you need one.
