The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. Great location close to the highway. It is not close to the interstate access area. There are also many other types of stores and businesses located in the area.

I bought a used trailer from Mike Purvis at Kenco Homes. Two movers declined to move the trailer stating that it would fall apart if it was moved. I asked for my money back but was denied stating that he was a professional in the business and he knew that the trailer could be moved. I later found out that he didnt even look at the trailer and all of his professional opinions were hog wash to scam me out of money. One additional mover declined and he finally found a mover that would move the trailer.Unfortunately the trailer got moved with much damage. Of course he refused to take any responsibility for the damage. He stated that the mover was responsible for the damage. Moral of the story is dont buy anything from this crook. You can get a much better deal with a company that stands by their product (used and new). BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very friendly and attentive, but a 1yr warranty on a purchase over 100k is crazy. You get a 10 yr 100k warranty on a Hyundai. No sir I will not make a purchase here

I cannot express how happy we are with their services! To begin, when we arrived, the finance guy, Chris, showed us the home that we were interested in. He immediately filled us in on their process and our options. He encouraged us to apply with the hope that we would be approved.
