The customer service at this location is very very poor. After spending quit a sum of Monies to purchase a cart and then when you have to take it back for minor adjustments it takes several days for the mechanic to get to it because he is just too busy! That’s the excuse we get. Maybe they need to hire a second mechanic or get rid of the one they have. I try to be understanding but after several times of this enough is enough

Dave in service and Bob in parts are first class. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will always go there for my Club car service.

Super rude. No one would even say hi to us at all. Guess if you are under 55 they can not acknowledge you for service. Sad because I wanted a four seater and had $15,000 cash. Lost business for being rude. Not going to try hard to get someone to take my money.

Mike our salesman was great. We purchased a 2015 rebuild club car, my only issue with the cart, that if it’s a rebuild why could they not have cleaned the frame and undercarriage ? It was filthy with dirt ect. Inside the engine compartment had dirt and some rusty areas around the battery hold down and a couple of other areas. All in all very satisfied with our purchase.Ken

Just picked up my 97 club car after getting the $85 special. David and his team did an awesome job. Not just a tune up, but went over everything on the cart to make sure everything functioning like new - in my case the ignition switch and horn. Detailed the cart including engine compartment! Very pleased with this service and highly recommend,

Very positive experience with sales and service. Bought a 3 year old reconditioned Club Car with a 2 year warranty. Sales guys were nice and helpful. Not pushy at all. Small problem just after purchase was fixed (part replaced), no problem, no hassle, no cost. One other service visit since then. Great attitude in service dept, and very helpful. Would buy here again.

I took my golf cart in for a flat tire and performance issues that I could not get resolved at another location. I have been dealing with poor performance since May and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it by the other facility.David is a busy guy but he listened to me and he actually looked into the problem and found a loose spark plug wire. My golf cart runs like a million bucks ** thank you David for all your help. I would recommend your facility.

We visited all golf car dealers in our area.For one or more reasons we didnt feel good about any of the dealers until we visited Southwest Golf Cars. We were very pleased with our experience at Southwest Golf Cars. We are grateful for the excellent staff. The owner, sales consultant, parts manager, service manager were all very friendly, welcoming and experts with regard to the industry. We bought a golf car the same day. Outstanding customer service! My semi-vintage cart broke down on a Saturday. I showed up after the parts dept closed, but the manager opened it back up, researched the part and set me up. All for a sale of a few bucks. I have since bought a new onward from them and find the sales and service experience to be equally impressive

Great place to get your golf cart serviced!! David, the Svc. Mgr., is easy to work with. After I picked it up, I noticed there were some irregularities that werent there before I brought it in. I called David and hes arranged to go over it a second time. Now, thats customer service!!

Very helpful in the parts dept. Salesman was also friendly, he showed me the new models while I waited but no pressure. Nice experience.

I have an older model Club Car that I have taken in for service a couple of times in the last two months and am pleased to say that the folks here are extremely professional and get the job done efficiently and quickly. Im especially happy with the professional response from David French, the service manager.

Bad Bad RUDE and BAD! The maitnenance man thought it was ok to raise his voice to me, the customer. and holler and yell. That is NEVER okay. PERIOD. Left my golf cart for brake repairs at 11:00am. I was told it would take about 2 hours & they would call me. No call. No explanation. After 2:30pm I went in and my cart was still sitting outside in line with other carts. Was told it was not done. I took my cart and left to the maintenance man screaming and yelling. Will NOT go back until I get a sincere apology from that man and the owner. Will NOT reccomend to others. I served 20 years in the Navy to peoples right to treat me like this. Yes? THIS is how Southwest Golf Cars treats disabled veterans.
