Ok. I live out of town and had a return item, no problem with item I purchased 2 only need 1. Had shopping to get done plus they helped me, just had right hip operation. The clerk was Excellent on all of the necessary tasks that were needed to be done on my return and additional items. She was very pleasant to me. This is why I always shop here...

U can always find whatever U need @ ACE HARDWARE. Home Depot & Lowes have a large supply but ACE always has that special item to get whatever U need & the costs is good too‼️

Not too pleased. Bought material because I was told they would cut it to size after I bought it. But, once paid for they could not cut it. A little honesty would have been appreciated. Recommend going to True Value just down the street.

Good quality and service.

Went in for a 16¢ replacement electrical screw. Was greeted when I stepped inside and asked how they could help. She told me which aisle and I was greeted by another woman that had me out the door with the right size/kind of screw in under 5 minutes. (Also, bought a 20¢ Peppermint Patty 😁)

Best customer service. Donna is wonderful she knows where everything is. Jeff I call him the plumber guy he is very knowledgeable and makes finding the plumbing parts easy and he is very helpful.

They didn’t have what I was looking for but another store did. They called and put the item on hold. They said I could go to the other store and pick up or they could ship it over. I went to the other store and got the item a few minutes later.

No restrooms for customers? Greedy, lazy and unhealthy.

I was able to get what I needed there, but I felt ambushed when I walked in the door by a gal who, at first, acted like a greeter but then was trying to sell me windows. 👎

We was in the Store twice on 11/7/2017, First time I had purchased some paint and the guy was vey helpful and polite. Went back in later to purchase a cartridge for my shower. The fellow that waited on us was very rude and also used GD A LOT. Was offended by his language and left without purchasing. Went down the street to True Value and got what we needed.

Went to find a certain type of wire cutters. A female employee helped and and pointed to the exact thing I wanted.

The associate who greeted us when we walked in helped us with everything we needed and reached out to another company worker to confirm what substitute I could use for a wall anhor. Great service and Uber helpful/friendly staff.

I placed an online order for pick up at the store primarily to make sure it was in stock. When I got to the store they said the item I ordered wouldnt be there for 3 days. They had the item on the shelf. I bought it while there then had to call and cancel the online order which had already been taken from my checking account. So I got one item but paid for it twice. Not a great way to do business.

Needed two 1/2 inch mip × 3/8 male thread..couldnt find any help..guy that did try to help didnt seem to know what he was doing..finally found the fitting i needed...I needed two but there was only one..Dont think ill be going to Ace Hardware for awhile..

Went looking for particular pieces of hardware to support shelves in the kitchen. Ace had quite a choice and did have the ones I needed to replace my missing pieces Staff is great with helping find what you came looking for.
