I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau for their lack of candor for pricing of giglees. The service I received ducked the issue of individual pricing and some of their work was slipshod. I was handed a bag of merchandise with no explanation of charges. Their prices were usurious. Glad there are other options. First mistake, shame on them, second, shame on me. There will not be a second time. And what is unconscionable is they have done this repeated times to others is go shared the same or similar experiences.

I love UPS. Customer service is awesome. Had to notarized and do shipment of the document on urgent basis, the staff was quick and helped me out and my documents were shipped on time. All the work was done without any delay. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend.

11 am July 19th. Rudest clerk Customer service EVER. I didn’t really want to go in again because I’ve encountered rudeness there before, but against my better judgement I returned an Amazon Package there. The rude lady with darkish chin length hair and glasses was over the top rude. Snarky, impatient, WRONG, and needs to retire. Working with the public is not her forte ! NO MORE for me Sun City West UPS.

I came in to get copies of some very important medical reports that I had emailed to the store. One report would scramble when sent. The older woman yelled at me they couldnt help - after her cohort said she possibly could. The older woman snatched the 3 reports that they could copy out of my hands and said she wouldnt let me have those either. When I said those are very important doctor reports that I needed she said I DONT CARE

Horrable customer service, the bald guy running the front counter today 4/7/21 had no idea what he was doing! I needed to mail out a few envelope sized items, but he insisted that an envelope, that weighed less than 1lb would cost over $7 (normal USPS postage is $2.89) for regular USPS postage. When questioned why soo expensive? His only explanation was, Thats the only choice the computer offered! The package was clearly an envelope, but he insisted on trying to charge me the full package rate! I get there are service fees for the convenience of using them after 5pm, but this business is running a scam by charging way more than double the rates!! FYI, I would recomend you use the Post Office a block away, you wont get ripped off and the people there are not rude like this guy!

I have to thank Karen and Cathy for getting my piece of art back to me. My art was misplaced in the Goodyear location. Without the assistance I was given, I would not have my piece of art today. Thank you so much.

Stop at this location to print, scan and email. I got every reason to not do what I had asked for. Then the lady told me she could not print because her system was not allowing her! I then asked if I could use the computer to do it myself (which she could of atleast offered but didn’t seem so happy with trying to help.) then turns to her computer, turns it on and says “sorry sir it doesn’t work!”She never bother trying to fix it so I can get some customer service. She was more interested in not doing anything rather than doing her job helping customers.Worse ups store I’ve ever been too. Not going back.

I just tried to drop off a pre-paid ups labeled box to Verizon; it’s 8” long and needs a 12” piece of tape to close the box. $1.00. I didn’t have a dollar. I ran in with only my keys. “No exception” the clerk states. “Store policy“. $1.00 to tape any box. Wow! Great customer service.I read your response. Your response was not an apology for poor service. It was an excuse for a policy that needs to be evaluated by customer’s box size, time needed, amount of tape etc.There was no other customer in the store so your employee was not overwhelmed.I took the Pre-paid box to another UPS store and she said ”no problem” and taped the box with a smile. No, I will not return to your store.

The Manager Cathy at this store is one of the worst customer service people I ever have met. I needed to have a email printed and faxed. She slammed a business card in front of me and told me the email address is on the card. I told her I could not read it due to a disability. She said really and begrudgingly told me the address. I advised her she could of just read it to me. She went one to tell me my disability is not her problem and she can refuse service if I do not like her customer service because she is the Manager. She came from behind the counter and physically pushed me out of the store. AMAZING! I hope the owner watches the video and removes her. I went to another store 5 minutes away and was in and out in 4 minutes with the best service (9915 W Bell Rd, Sun City, AZ 85351). Go to the other store especially if the Manager Cathy is working at this one.

We have rented a box here for about 17 years and have had great service since the beginning. Everyone who works at this UPS Store is pleasant and always helpful. In all these years, we have never had any packages sent from this store that arrived in damaged condition. They have the best copiers Ive ever used--copies are extremely crisp and clear, and they have a great selection of greeting cards! We enjoy doing business here!

Ordered something and paid extra for faster shipping. Of course, it is UPS and they have to lie about shipping speed.

This 1 Star is for the grumpy old woman manager who barely offers any help to customers and practically insults customers for not knowing how to use the equipment. I dread going in there because of her. The other staff are really friendly and helpful and it is the most convenient place to go near me. Maybe the manager shouldn’t be working with the public???

Terrible service. Price gouging. Dont bother returning your amazon purchase here. They are rude and unhelpful. Fist day sent me away because no box. Second day came back with box and she said she had to charge me $2 to tape each box shut. I miss kohls returns.

If youre looking for rude and snippy customer service, this is the place to go. One of the ladies working was extremely rude. I cant speak for the other employees, but it doesnt matter, because I wont be going back.

We checked shipping prices at home through our Shopify store (using a proper scale and measurements) and they were about $1. This place wanted $19 for the same package.

I have been a customer and box holder of the UPS Store in Sun City West for a number of years. I have always been extremely pleased with the service I have always received and the friendly, helpful attitude of everyone of the staff members. It is always a pleasure to go into the UPS Store and be greated as an old friend.

I am loath to give even one star. The manager of this UPS is not about good customer service. Do not plan on copying any identity documents like those always requested by a bank for mortgage, car and equity loans. The manager will not let you do it. Despite telling her it was not against the law unless done with the intent to defraud and that all the other UPS stores outside of SCW let you copy your drivers licence and social security card she insisted she knew it was illegal because there was a sign on their new copy machines that said so. Banks, Title companies all request copies of government documents. If you are in Sun City West and plan on buying or selling a property you will have to go outside our little community if you wish to copy your government IDs at a UPS. You can probably make copies at your bank or maybe the library but not at our local UPS. If the businesses in our community are here to make life easier for residents, this UPS fails to deliver. The best thing about this UPS store are the lovely ladies who will help you do anything, even if it is stupid, and be so very pleasant about it. Your packages are labeled right and the boxes are sealed ready to go.

The store employees go above and beyond to help you with your packing, & shipping! Even when they are extremely bust with the Holidays and the line is out the door waiting they are always considerate of everyone.

Went in to get document notarized. When I ask if it could be done on letter size paper after she had pulled out legal paper I was told I could take my stuff and go else where if I wanted to. Wont be back.

July 10:. Brought in a drop off package for Amazon addressed and with postage. At the Sun City UPS, you literally just drop it off. Not at Sun City West. Wait in line. You arent allowed to just drop it off. Really? COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Ive gone to the Sun City West UPS for the last time. If you waste my time, you dont get my money.They probably just threw away the package. Sigh. Thatll make them feel better. WASTE OF TIME.Actually, they did send the package as it arrived at destination. Still, I am NOT waiting in line to DROP OFF a package.Earlier review:. During high season usually pretty busy. Sorta fun to look around the store to see all that stuff that you dont really need. Or if you do need it, you cant find it.

It took me three visits to finally - after much bad direction from stores staff - get package shipped. Store manager refused to accept any accountability for her staff & insulted me as a poorly informed customer. She said it was my responsibility to fully understand the return process - not her problem. Besides which, her store didnt make any profit from my transaction - not really worth her time. I will avoid the place like the plague from now on.

The people at this store are unfriendly and unhelpful. I am 79 years old and disabled.On one occasion I had help loading a 70 lb. box into the back of my van, took it to this store, and slid it out onto the stores dolly. When I took it in the woman insisted that I had to lift it by myself and put it on the scale. I protested that I am disabled and shouldnt do that. She said that wasnt her problem, she wasnt lifting it, so I lifted it, and then she had another person help her remove it.On another occasion, I took in a small item with an Amazon return label. It was busy, so I asked if I could leave it at the counter. She said No way, you need to stand in line so we can scan it. There were 8 people ahead of me, so I left and had Amazon print a return label for Kohls.I will probably still use UPS, but only at another location in the future..
