I took my Chevrolet truck in to have the front bumper in a fog light replaced. They did an excellent job with a brand new bumper and replacement light and did it in far less than one work day. They were pleasant to deal with and even wash my truck and treated the sidewalls for me. I would highly recommend Fix It Auto Sun City to anyone.

Ive never worked with a more dedicated and professional group of individuals in my life. This level of customer service and craftsmanship is a dying art. A+ from the front desk down to the auto detailer. They managed to clean all of my dalmatians fur out of the back seat. That is no easy task. Frankly I only expected the body work to be done, not detailing and washing my car! These folks are the paragon of integrity and propriety.

I was involved in a front end collision and I have used Automotive Dynamics (also owned by Fix Auto Sun City) for my ongoing maintinence of my 2016 Hyundai Accent and have been very pleased with their prices and honesty so, I decided to use Fix Auto for the repairs from my accident. Due to COVID shipping auto parts delays, it took over a week. I was VERY impressed that they actually left the interior cleaner than when I dropped it off! The only issue was their after hours key drop. I used an envelope for my key with my name and phone number that evidently got caught in their key drop. They finally found the envelope but advise use a small envelope for your key if leaving car after business hours! Excellent and would highly recommend!!!

Let me first say that I have never had to use a body shop I’ve been to many auto repair places but never had any bodywork that needed to be done.Grant And Kelly were my only two contacts and they were absolutely professional kind understanding, and above all got the job done would highly recommend them for anyone who needs bodywork or other repairs they do a great job. Poor experience. Fraudulent insurance practices. Estimate included multiple parts to be replaced that were not needing to be replaced nor repaired. Guessing they don’t expect customers to come take a look. This fraud is why insurance rates are high.Your response is simply an effort to discredit. This company quoted to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. Period. Proven with the repair quotes obtained and photos. Nice try!

I awed by the quick and awesome replacement of my drivers mirror and the silver strip on the back of my car. I expected to be there an hour or so, but was only there 20 minutes and its all awesome! The kind, professional service I received from each person I met and spoke with at Fix Auto in Sun City was genuine, efficient and caring and fair. I was updated on car repairs via texts so that I didnt need to worry about anything. My car looks better now than when I drove it away from the dealer lot!

These people are true professionals. They got me in right away and drove me to get my rental car. The kept touch with me via text on how the work was progressing. They notified me within the hour when car would be done and that gave me time to gas up my rental car. When I went to get my car they returned my rental. By the way, you cannot tell where I had dinged up the side of my car. I will totally recommend them!

This is the second time that I have used Fix Auto Sun City. They are repairing my 2018 Honda Accord sport which I roll over a curb with. What can I say, Im an idiot! They are doing a great job and all I have to pay is my deductible. Grant is a great coordinator who continues to keep me informed on an almost daily basis regarding the repairs. Highly recommended for auto repairs. They are fast and reliable.

Kelly was very helpful through all the process in dealing with my insurance company. The day of dropping off the car and going to get a rental they offered me a ride to the rental place instead of wasting my money on a ride which I thought was going outside the standards in passing my expectations. Spent over 10 years in hospitality and to be on the receiving end it’s just unbelievable. Yes this is an automobile shop but that doesn’t mean they can’t carry such great customer service like they did. More importantly the outcome of the work looks like the damage never happened they even clean the inside of my vehicle which I was not expecting. If I ever need a service again, I’m coming here no questions asked.

Body work was done on vehicle following a collision.. intake of vehicle was good, however there was no contact from shop regarding status of vehicle for over 20 days (estimated service time was 17 days). I had to call the shop to get an updated status and the vehicle just happened to be done on the day that I called

Somehow my car got released to the insurance company before I got to them to gather my personal belongings out of it. Wasted half a day from work (not paid) for nothing.I dont know what type of job they do as far as body work. This is strictly an administrative issue.

Came in with bent door frame and window not rolling up. Unbent it enough so everything functional which is all I wanted and then gave me a very fair quote to replace the door if I ever wanted to do that. did not charge me a thing I was out in 5 minutes. would definitely go back there again

Fix Auto did it great job making several small repairs to my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. Its must be a magnet for cars to hit in Parking Lots! I just had it driven here from Palm Beach, Florida. Even though its 15 years old, it only has 22k miles. Plan to drive it for many years to come!

I had a minor fender bender repaired by other driver insurance and had them give me estimate for getting rid of other moderate damage and it was priced very reasonably and fixed in a timely manner.Contacted me timely, kept me informed of progress as days went by. Prompt contact and follow up. Trustworthiness like this is hard to find and it was delightful to have such a good experience at Sun City Fix Auto Body.

THAT IS UNHEARD OF AND SUPER FAST QUALITY SERVICE DEFINITELY RECCOMENDING THEM AS A FAMILY AUTOBODY SHOP FOR EVERYONE IN THE WEST VALLEY REGION!!!!!!!

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The pancakes were rubbery. Leading us to believe they were reheated. Same for the omelets. Being lunch time we were surprised it was not more usy. We now know why. The service was very good though. Waitress very friendly.
