I have been going to this particular Big O Tires for over 20 years. I have periodically gone to others in my area when in a pinch. HOWEVER, I have decided to NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE but to the BOT @ 17039 N. Boswell Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85373. Their customer service is impeccable! Never once have I felt I have been taken advantage by any of the employees at this particular Big O Tires, unfortunately I cannot say that for others I have patronized. I appreciate their loyalty to their return customers like me & their commitment to ensuring their customers are well taken care of and feel assured we are driving away safely.

Came here after a horrible experience at the Waddell and 303 location and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and fast to fix someone elses mistake/damage. This is now my go to truck needs location.

I went in there never being there before had a slow leak in one of my tires. Really nice guy only have a seat and you check it out about a half an hour later and different fellow comes out cause my name, hands me my keys and says my cars ready. Ask him what the problem was he told me asking how much the bill wasnt he told me no charge. I wasnt expecting that but I really appreciate it I think they did an excellent job and a really friendly nice clean establishment.

Got a tire patched. They were amazing. I didnt know they were full service. Will have to check that out. Very nice staff. Highly recommend

They are not just a tire shop, they do many small things there..hose change, oil change, air-conditioned filter change..go get a rim from Nissan to fix my flat..

Finding that level of service in the auto repair industry is very hard to find. They do not try the old upsell technique nor do they feed you a line that only mechanics would know to throw you off. Everything from this business is built to help the customer achieve their automotive goals without breaking the bank and feel like they are family!for that reasoning, this location deserves 5 stars!

I just cant say enough good things about this store. Not only do they do the big O brand proud, they do the same for the entire auto service industry, an industry that sometimes takes a beating. They have been my exclusive auto service/tire go to since I discovered them years ago. In this location for decades, and if you know anything about the Sun Cities, that doesnt happen if you arent damn good because word of mouth is king. Honest, on time, no upsell, reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable well-trained techs .. I run short on positive adjectives for them!

They were amazing with great service! We were driving home from being out of town and had a leaky valve stem. We kept having to air up our tire just to get a few miles. We had been to two other places with 3-5 hrs wait. Took it to Big O and they got us right in and it was done with in 45 mins. We are so incredibly grateful for them making time to fix our tire quickly. Thank you Big O Tires!

The friendly and helpful people here at this Big O seem to value the relationship they have with the active retirement community of Sun City. Whether young or old, no one wants to feel vulnerable when it comes to car care. It doesnt matter if your car is totally inoperable or simply needs air in the tires. The staff at Big O is there to take care of it; sometimes right away. If you have to wait for a bit, you can walk to the various shops and eateries located within the same area.

I had called to get a quote on a tire for my car since mine is getting pretty worn out. The guy on the phone told me to get an accurate quote would for me to come on in. Sure, okay. Hey in person is better than the phone anyways and its only ten mi uses from work. Sweet. I drive on over and park when a man steps out and says.Were closed maam.I look over and tell him that I was told to drive over for a quote and a possible tire change.I told him the name of the person who told me to come on over and the worker told me that he didnt know who I was talking about.We close between 430 and 5pmThats funny because Google says that they close at 5pm AND it was only 4:15.....So Im sent away on a bad tire and no help what so ever. Instead I went to J&J discount tires.FANTASTIC people and service and prices. Before your let down here I would drive over to J&Js. Im happy to become a customer here where I know Ill be helped and taken care of:)

This is the cleanest shop I’ve ever see, the guys there take very good care of they’re customers in their shop. I went in for an AC repair thinking it was going to be more expensive than it was these guys are very trustworthy and fair priced! I drove all the way from South Scottsdale to get my work done at the shop! Always a big thanks to Bruce and his guys!

This is a great shop capable of doing various car repairs at a fare price. They do quality and reliable repairs that will last.

Ad says 16.95 for oil change. I understand I need 6 quarts so extra 1.80, but whats with all the extra charges for labor and taxes and shop supplies? After the oil hazardous waste fee of 3.75, this oil change is was 26.75!

Call ahead to see if I had to make an appointment for getting a screw out of my tire, customer service was excellent, I was in and out in about 35 minutes. So I could get back on the road to see my hospice patients, thank you!! Chené

Completely unprofessional....used car sales tactics. Messed up my tire pressure by 50psi then asked me to wait 45 to air up one tire. What a joke. Old guy that mans the desk harassed my wife about the tires before buying them saying he cant hold them forever...they had come in that day. Spent or 1k with them and still treated like garage. Thank Big O for hiring such rude help. Will never visit this location again.

Awful experience and overall lack of help with this establishment. Highly recommend ANY Big O tire besides this one, but mainly just go to Discount Tire. Bruce has all the money in the world and doesnt seem to want to care or help any new business coming into his door. A shame really.

I have always received great service from this location of Big O Tires. My most recent experience was with a balky and capricious air conditioner. It took a few visits, but they finally found all the things wrong with it. Bruce is an excellent manager with a winning attitude and he provides an honest assessment of the operation of my cars. His outlook carries over to the rest of the service team, because I have always been treated upfront by everyone there. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to buy tires

These are Really GREAT folks. Yes I have traded with them...in the past. However, after bilateral hip replacements it is impossible for me to air my tires. These folks quickly and with greatxsmikes always do it promptly. I am indebted.

I retired from 45 years in a dealership .I always preached to my customers to stay away from tire store and independents,always come back to the dealer.Well Bruce and Marc have proved me wrong!I started 2 years ago just buying tires,then out of pure convenience I had my wifes a/c worked on (great experiences ).I am a mechanic myself so over the last couple months Ive been trying to fix a check engine light problem myself at home with no luck.Was going to have to spend some big money and take it to the dealer.Was getting a tire repair and decided to take a chance.Between Bruce and Mark and the rest of the crew your car and pocket book are safe with them.IM CONVINCED. No more dealers except for warranty work.

I am so glad I went to Big O Tires!!! They save me over $1,000. Bruce the gentleman up front at the desk is unbelievable. Showed him papers from a dealer. They brought me back to where my car was up in the air and showed me all my problems. The dealer should have never let me out of their sight.two of the tires were half bald and threads showing I could have had a blowout at any time and been in a bad accident. The things that needed to be done were almost half price compared to the dealer. And then there were things like a couple of different fluids that should have been changed out they told me that did not need changing out. I will tell everyone about Big old tires off of Boswell and Bell road. You can believe these people and they wont screw you.

BRING. YOUR. OWN. PARTS.I cannot stress this enough. They are marking up their parts by over 50%. I have never been to a shop that gouged me so badly on parts. I was charged $392 for an AC compressor that OReily Auto Parts wouldve sold to me new for $165. They also quoted me $70 for a serpentine belt that you can buy all day for around $30.I will say that their service is quick. However, there was a lack of communication that cost me over $200. I was told by Bruce that Id get a call back to confirm whether my serpentine belt was damaged or not before work began. I was intending to ask at that point if I could bring in my own compressor. After an hour without a call, I called them. Then, Bruce told me that I couldnt bring my own compressor because work had already begun. I understand that they want to get cars in and out, but the experience felt very impersonal. When I expressed my disappointment to the clerk when it came to pay, he was completely dismissive, which made me feel taken advantage of.

We have been taking our vehicles to Big O in Sun City since we moved here 6 years ago. The staff is always friendly, always helpful, and always willing to take time to answer questions. Work is always done in a timely manner, and they always call to tell us what they found wrong before they proceed with any work needed. We will definitely continue to take our vehicles here! Keep up the great work, Big O!

Took a tire off my car put it in another car and ran it up to Big old tires. They took the tire out put a patch on it filled with air and put the tire back in the car all at no charge. The facility is clean the employees were courteous and the service is impeccable. Even though the cost would have been maybe $10 to put a patch on the tire they will get my business from now on. Great job Big O Tires keep up the good work!

I was well taken care of! I went in for routine tire rotation & discovered my tires were worn out. I purchased a new set & they had the tires right there and I did not have to have them ordered. This was EXCELLENT & their service was very comprehensive & quick! BIG O has my business!!!

Just had an oil change but all went well using a good value coupon.

Bought four tires from these guys, after only a few months I picked up a nail. Could have put a plug in tire myself but was told that it would void the warranty. So I took the time and brought the tire in and guess what, they didnt patch the tire, they plugged it. Voided warranty for that tire, but they did do it for free. So of course I got no paperwork for that repair. Then when I brought truck in for tire rotation asked if they did a/c repairs. They say they do, and to a certain extent they do. My a/c blend door was stuck and only blowing hot. They did fix that. But the guy also said he discharged and recharged the freon. It had been recharged when it started blowing hot. They were told that the system had already been recharged and the blend door was most likely the problem. Well $500.00 later the air does feel like it could be cold if it blew out of the vents more often than when driving at high speed on the freeway. This summer has been brutal having to drive around with the windows down all the time. I use my truck for work so I am in and out of it constantly. If the air blows and I get goofy and think that it might cool if I roll the windows up, I quickly get snapped back into reality by the first stop light I have to sit through because it stops blowing as soon as the truck stops moving.

I had a nail in a tire on my new CR-V with only 3800 miles on it. I knew where the nail was located and that it should be repairable. Ive had other tire shops try to say tires were not repairable just to try to sell you a new set. Not the case with these folks. Not only did they pull the tire from the rim and patch it properly from the inside they did it at NO CHARGE!Thanks again fellas!

My tires were getting bad, one of them finally blew out midday Saturday. They had my very specific size in stock and had me back on the road the same afternoon. Very impressive service by the team at this big O Location.

Called at 8:15 am to get tires ordered from warehouse and waited ALL DAY to get back to work. I call to check on the order and no one placed the order and claimed no one talked to me this morning? Not only did they waste my day but my clients as well.

Went to Big O Tires back in August because my tires had worn. They wouldnt replace them because I had driven over the 40k limit.(Sucks, but ok) So I bought two new tires and an alignment. To be fair, the staff was friendly. Six months later, my tires had completely worn and only after 20k miles. I had a flat on I-17 and stopped at the nearest Big O to get my tires replaced by warranty. Once again, they weaseled out. The guy said that he wouldnt give me new tires because they obviously did not align properly at the BigO Surprise location and I should go there. The alignment cost me $89 and they find ways to avoid honoring their warranties. So I decided not to go back and have them botch another alignment and buy a useless warranty. So I went to Firestone.

Ripped me off.I had this big O Tire Put breaks on my truck. They put the break pads on backward and ruined my caliper and roter. The Owner Bruce Ogilvie refused to do anything about it. Don’t get caught up at this store. They do very poor work!Just looking out for all of us!
