Very happy with Martha and Noami in the front office, and Dr. Christopher was great. He was thorough, and patient. Best exam I can remember. I highly recommend this office and the treatment I received. You wont be disappointed!

This place sucks. I got my prescription done here a few months ago. When I had my glasses made, they came out blurry. I verified with this office that the glasses matched my prescription from Dr. Christopher. When I tell them they are still blurry, they want to charge my $60 for having my eyes rechecked. I told her that the prescription is supposed to be valid until August 2020. She said it didnt matter and that they were still going to bill my insurance. Then she looks up my insurance and says its been terminated, which simply isnt true. There is only one person working the entire front office. It is a rude and impatient Hispanic lady with very short hair. She needs to work some place else if she hates her job this much. Its obvious she doesnt like being around people. I went there to get my glasses adjusted once, she didnt even say hello. She just looked at me! I asked if I could get my glasses adjusted and she said one minute. 30 MINUTES went by before she even talked to me again. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I came in and Noemi was very Sweet and I had a Special Scrip for my eyes and she was so Helpful. Only thing I have a problem with is I have to wait on my Lenses for two weeks. Was hoping to have them when I go back to Indy. 👀

Can honestly say I am very pleased with the new eye prescription given by Dr. Christopher.I originally had an eye prescription issued by a different optometrist several months early that was making my eyes tired.Now I feel relaxed when I remove my glasses,...as there is no strain from having the wrong lense prescription.Thank you and your staff for listening to my needs.
