I have been going to this place for a long time! The quality of bud for the price is unbelievable!! $20 1/8s for Medical patients is unheard of these days!! The staff is great very helpful and knowledgeable in all ways to medicate!! I highly suggest you stop by and see for yourself

Ahh man, Allgreens is legit. Been a fan of the greens for a long time and this place is just all around the best. The prices are amazing. The quality is solid. AND the employees are top notch. Melissa, the head of delivery will always go above and beyond for you. Seth, the delivery guy, his style is unmatched and he is always SO friendly. I’m mentally ill and disabled so I just really appreciate the service I get with Allgreens.

Smh. Walked in the other day at 7:30am and thought I was going to walk out with some sticky good flower... I got a gram of wedding cake and gods gift and wow smh. Disappointed forsure. The wedding cake does not smell like wedding cake, smells like somewhat of an artificial smoked bacon smell and it was dry and brown looking like reggie. I thought I should try it out despise what it looks like and it hits harsh and burns black. The gods gift was leafy/timmy with a smell like just grass. It would not burn or stay lit. I rolled a joint and it would not light. Super harsh also. How could they recommend this to me??..

Good prices and good product, staff is friendly but for the love of God please do something about your check-in and line. I would really like to see a dedicated medical line. With a back injury its hard to stand for 40 mins because theres no seats. Change the check-in process and I will reevaluate review.

Bad customer service here today at 11:05am lady needs to get out of this business if your not happy working here. Customers are not your punching bag. Theres other dispensaries near by and dont have seeds in it your product is very seedy. . dont need to be mistreated. Not coming back here. Sept 30th 2021 bad customer services through drive in pick up. I was a customer for 3 years not anymore. Telling my locals here about it and family too. Zero stars to your dispensary.

Excellent price and quality. Drive through is an awesome convenience! I called in my order and picked it up half an hour later, no problems, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Sun City, Surprise area.

Good friendly service unless I order ahead to save time or unless they make a mistake. One time ordering ahead got me in fast, but it was crowded, nobody grabbed my order so I just stood by the registers until enough walkins came and went for someone to help me. Most recently, they gave me the wrong item and when I drove back and showed them, they tried to charge me more. Eventually someone decided I waited long enough and took me to the registers again. I showed them the price on the website, the manager agreed the mistake was theirs, but if I wanted my item that was advertised, ordered, and paid for, I had to pay the $21 for their mistake. I make the drive because its the first place I knew and I have bad anxiety and dont want to deal with finding a new place with what I want, but this makes my anxiety worse and its not worth it anymore.

Used to have great quality and great service but quality has gone down and so has the service. They were extremely rude to me today when I called about my delivery order. The person on the phone got an attitude with me and said they did try to deliver it but I didnt answer my phone they sat out front if the house and finally left. #1 ever heard of knocking #2 how about using the number on the order I placed not one from 4 years ago that I told you to change 2 years ago.

All Greens CBD Store used to have a discount special on Tuesdays with a very nice discount on CBD Products. They do not offer these anymore plus will charge you $2.00 for using your debit card. It is all about the dollar. Am I to assume that you will start charging to use your pothole parking lot. I am done with them. There are too many other stores in the valley that would like my business.

This place is not the mice at all! There bud is mid year grade. This is the only place in the valley with no deals. Lastly they think there too good for Leafly there is no menu or anything else. Compared to most dispensarys in the valley this place is mediocre for anywhere else in the valley for higher potency at a way cheaper price.

Went too get my meds and they are requiring mask.. I wonder how much money they are losing due to their stupid mask policy.. lost my $400. I will never do business with them again.. went right down the street to White Mountain. Such a step up and they dont require muzzles.

This is a great location, the service was on point from entrance to check out. And the product options are incredible with the long list of edibles and flower as well as great cbd made in house from all greens. I’d recommend this location to anyone as they are a 5 star in service and professionalism.

Unprofessional, racial discrimination, and incompetent. Sign requires ALL to wear masks. So my husband n I respected that rule. Had a scheduled appointment. Then a white lady walks in with a pet and no mask. They take her back first without appointment because she had questions for doctor. Another white person walks in without masks. Then demands my husband to put his masks back on before they see him. Even voicing our concern female clinician laughed at him. Then the same lady walks out from the back without a mask. We got a refund and left. To rationalize their actions Doctor violated HIPPA disclosing the womans health information as to why she was being seen... None of our business and that was irrelevant to the problem.

They dont care about their patients. Placed a delivery order at 4pm, got a text confirmation that order is being prepared and confirmed order Twice. Call at 745 to find out when it will be here and they tell me oh you have to wait til.tomorrow. i am a medical patient in severe pain. Thanks for not taking care of your patients. What a disgrace!!!

You guys should really consider making the drive thru for pre orders only. Sometimes the line takes over half an hour to get through due to so many inconsiderate people taking their sweet time ordering in the drive thru.

I was very interested in trying this dispensary out as my friend had said nothing but good things. Unfortunately, the time I decided to visit, it was the worst experience. They had numerous employees and one customer in the back prior to us walking in. After we had walked in, we sat for like 5 minutes, which is understandable I suppose. However, once we were taken back, the tender did not guide us in what we were seeking for. They claim to be short staff, however it looked quite opposite. Harvest on thunderbird and 59th is the dispensary is definitely gonna be my spot from now on.

Ive gotten atleast 7 different strains of flower all smell like hay and quality is BAD, just a waste!. Good customer service though. Id highly recommend going here for vendors only and stay away from flower or in house items.

Just visited. DO NOT SHOP FOR BUD HERE. Bud in display cases is not the same as what will be sold to you. Display will show full size buds but you will go home with popcorn nugs for $30 an 1/8. Wax is ok. They do not show you what they out in your bag before you pay, what you get is a mystery until you get home.

All Greed not All Greens!!! VETERANS BEWARE - as a customer/patient for over a year I have watched not only the quality of product decline but the staff attitude is atrocious!! They boast of being Military friendly yet don’t allow the discount to be used and honestly at 5% it’s the lowest we’ve seen yet when it does apply... they “changed policies” with no consideration for customers, staff is malicious in behavior, not helpful and treat you as though you are “bothering” them when they service... save time, money and your patience by remembering All Greed isn’t worth any of the above!!! High Prices, Higher Attitudes and all time Higher Greed!!!

The staff is great but I’ve grown better medication in my closet in high school. It’s amazing they are still in business. Every time I say let’s give them a second chance and every time they disappoint me. Again, the staff is great tho!

FTP and after I was allowed in the back I was told someone would be right with me. I spent a minute looking at their display case and two other patients came in behind me. Once they were let back they were immediately greeted and tended too. I turned to leave and the receptionist just said bye and did not seem at all concerned a FTP came in and left.

Horrible business practices, the manager Adam (who I just got the phone with a little bit ago) due to an incident that happened two days ago with regards to a delivery that didnt give me what I was supposed to get (but later turns out an employee spoke out of turn and told me something false) and I was supposed to have a call back from the manager on Thursday. I had to call in today to speak to Adam the manager and he all but told me that theres nothing he can do to rectify the situation and I asked him about why I didnt call back on Thursday (when the delivery driver said a manager would call)he had nothing to say and pretty much just blew me off! never going to this place again.worst customer service ever!!!!

All Greens is definitely my favorite! They have one of the most diversified inventories Ive encountered, knowledgeable bud tenders, and clients have the option of placing online orders for either pick up or delivery. I utilize the delivery option for the days Im unable to drive and I am amazed that they will drive down to Goodyear! Henry is my favorite delivery agent, very professional in appearance and bearing, and he always makes me feel like a valued client. I will continue to utilize All Greens as my #1 go to dispensary, trust me, they are worth checking out!

Bummed selection of pre rolls went fast

When you call for delivery you have to have a minimum of 50.00 whelp I’ve called several times for delivery for over 150.00 and I still had to spend another 50.00 for the delivery are you serious. Then I call today because I have a blown out knee . Called at 730 am and wasn’t told about the driver not coming in until after 12 pm and I wouldn’t receive my delivery until 3 pm how is this a morning route. A morning route is in the morning not the afternoon. And then waiting 9 hours to get my order . It’s bs especially when a client is spending that much money.I’ve noticed that y’all are really lacking in customer service. When it comes to answering the phones and dealing with delivery. If y’all gonna have a morning route make it in the morning. Not after 12 pm that is an afternoon route. After today with all this I will be going to a new dispensary and taking people I referred to you along with me. Because part of being a business is informing people. And y’all don’t inform people when they call.

They have a massive selection of both THC and CBD products. However, my favorite feature is the drive-though. I just call ahead and pick up what I need. It is a really easy transaction and fairly quick.

Severely injured by a Tru Infusion product bought from this dispensary...still waiting for the promised return phone call.... Well Sunday came and went and the promised phone call never happened.... So now I have to ask hypothetical question.... If I were to buy a defective EpiPen from CVS would I have to go to Pfizer to get it replaced..... My initial call about this broken syringe I was told theres nothing we can do about it youll have to wait for our purchasing manager to come in on Sunday and she will call you.... I called them on Friday so 3 days I have to go without medication because they cant just simply replace a defective dispenser....fortunately theres another dispensary nearby and I was able to get my medication.... unfortunately I cannot afford to just throw away 1,000 mg of much-needed medicine ... So if anyone out there has any clue how I can get some resolution please let me know

I have been wanting to try this dispo; so today I went on their website and they started a chat with me...I asked two simple questions and never heard anything back from anyone...So then I tried calling and selected the option to speak to a person and all it did was put me in a mailbox that was full...No worries I will take my $500 somewhere else....

Screw this dispensary! They called ME and invited me for an interview where the lady herself, (the one who called me and invited me to interview with her) never showed up. I waited 45 min in the lobby being told multiple times sorry for the wait she will be right with you which never happened. So some random lady comes out andinterviews me, offers me the job on the spot and says the main hiring lady who was initially supposed to interview me would give me a call the next day. Well not surprised that I didnt receive a call from her. I even called EVERYDAY TO SPEAK WITH THIS LADY WHO CONTACTED ME FOR THE INTERVIEW. And every excuse possible was given. I even left whoever continues to answer the main phone line a message MULTIPLE TIMES WITH MY CONTACT INFORMATION.Come to find out a close friend of mine had just quit this place because he talked about how trash Management is.Dont waste your time here people, buy from a better dispensary and look elsewhere if they invite you for an interview too. Your time is way to precious to be wasted like mine was, so dont waste it.

The employees are rude and rush you. They also substituted my online order without telling me. Everytime I order online they dont have the product when I arrive. Baited and switched me. Disappointed I wanted to like them because they have decent prices.

Recently took my mother here to get help managing her pain. She doesnt speak English and another place we tried gave her something that didnt help at all, I dont think they even listened to what we said about her problem. Karen, Cindy, and Erica were knowledgeable, friendly, and we felt like they really cared. They recommended a product that has helped her so much and we wont go anywhere else now.

Decent place, The staff are very nice here. But all but ONE has seemed to not know much about tinctures, I feel all workers should be educated on every product, or at least designate someone to areas that they know about. I also had an experience with a product recently that was sold to me the manager told me that I could either get an exchange or a refund I feel when a product has been messed up like that they should automatically refund you but that is just my personal opinion for good business. They do give discounts all days of the week you can go in and look at the specials again the staff are very friendly and personable with you which I enjoy very much because I believe it should be that way, I really hope that they can improve on some of the things i mentioned, with any business there is always room for improvement.

I love coming here now. Get up early though, to avoid being last in a long line before opening. Theres a huge waiting area that is cool so we dont all overheat and plenty refreshments while waiting to be called back. The best thing about this place is the everyday specials. This dispensary is worth the minor headache construction causes. In fact, its really quite easy to get to the dispensary during construction. I never have to worry about quality or measurements - always spot on and the products have never let me down. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable of the products.

In need of naturopathic alternatives for medications for various medically diagnosed conditions, I sought help at All Greens Dispensary. The staff helped educate me on their product choices through seminars, events, specials and websites. They are fabulous with people, taking ample time to help guide each transaction. Grateful to have medical choices available to me that dont carry the chemical side effects of pharmaceuticals!

First time visitor. Location easily accessed. Pricing was the best Ive seen (this is the third store Ive been in). The sales group were attentive and knowledgeable. Ill update this when Ive got a better feel for the quality of goods.

I never take the time to review places, but now I cant help it. Every single time you walk into All Greens, you will be met with smiling faces. Theres no question about it. The customer service is great. Im a very indecisive person but they never make me feel like Im burdening the line. They also have a large assortment of some of the best edibles as well.

I have never been to a dispensary like this before. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, consistent quality, and low prices. Their budget shelf is filled with high quality flower at a great price.
