Came out quickly to look at job then very little communication after that then nothing at all. Not a good way to run a business.

The person was timely coming out for an assessment of the windows, but communication was lacking thereafter. No follow up after waiting 1-2 weeks. Never received an estimate. I got the impression I was bothering them by trying to schedule the repair, so I gave up.

I have used my hands in all manner of restorations of cars and buildings over my 76 years: Spending the last 10 restoring/reassembling 1980s Porsche 911sc motor cars--including the rebuilding of engines and transmissions. Therefore, I appreciate good craftsmanship and good value for the expenditure--which brings me to recommend John Cherette and Sons, in replacing 12 windows plus a basement egress window in our Delafield home. The egress was extraordinarily difficult of an opening in my view, but was custom crafted beautifully with great care and finish by Mr. Charette himself. Replete with great manners and pleasant disposition, Mr. Charette knows what his doing. Most excellent!---Arthur Cunningham
