Zack and Brad delivered my bed this morning, as their first stop, I can imagine the overall emotions of not messing it up, to start off the day in a good way! The guys were pretty good, very nice, made me laugh a lot, appreciated that. Zack had a small incident with the side board, but he owned up to it right away and things were figured out to make it fair to me, the customer. Overall I think they did great! Zack and Bill were FANTASTIC at not only delivering, setting up, and testing my new washer and dryer - they also hauled away the old machines. When I say hauled away I mean COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED my old units because they would not fit through the door way otherwise. They had to go up and down the stairs to my third floor walk up carrying out my old machine in several trips and pieces to get the old (junker) units out without damaging my rental walls. They set up the new appliances - which also took some deconstruction of the dryer to get it through the doorway), made sure they were quiet and even upon installation, and fully tested both to make sure they were fully functional and I was satisfied. I have no idea how the service could have possibly been better, thanks again Zack and Bill for your hard work, patience, and professionalism.

This company doesn’t have any compassion for its employees. I know of someone who tried his best in this company and got fired for calling off because his family was sick. But days before he came in 2 hours before his shift started just so he could get stuff ready for the day. I understand no one is perfect but when you hire someone remind yourself that you were in their shoes before. You are no better than anyone. I will not rent to own from this company nor recommend anyone to them.

I guess things are only good when you have money. I wasted my time and money renting from them. Now I have to start over with a new store. I mean I was also charged for an insurance that supposedly covers me if I lose my job Im safe to not get my things taken. All I needed was one more week, but Ryan that it was not good enough for them. I wish I would have gone to another place first before coming to them. Now that my finances are bigger and better I will be fine.

Andres and Zac did an amazing job. They came by greeted me very nicely and they nice a great job putting my table together. They made sure I understood how everything works and explained what deals is going on and the paper work I had to sign and much more.
