I bought a new GC1725M from them and they were great to deal with. I had a small issue with the machine that wasn’t their fault and they were very quick at resolving the issue. Every time I call, they are quick to answer and get me the assistance that I need. The staff there is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for any of your equipment needs. Great prices and great people.

I found Ryan and Country Turf & Trail on Facebook marketplace. I was searching for a used zero turn and came across a post from Ryan. I called the next day and spoke with Ryan who was very helpful and very customer friendly. We worked out a deal over the phone and he was more than willing to accommodate me. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I choose to drive over 2 hours to go and buy from Country Turf & Trail because of the easy Rush treated me on the phone. He gave me his personal number and we stayed in contact all week long until I was ready to pick up. He informed me Justin would take care of me upon arrival which he did and he was just as nice and helpful as Ryan. All the employees of Country Turf and Trail are beyond top notch! I can’t say enough good things about everyone here. Their customer service is excellent. I’ve stopped in a few times over the last year too look at mowers (ended up buying a chainsaw once also) while trying to make a decision and every time I’ve been greeted kindly and everyone is more than helpful. They have even helped and answered questions after hours. Finally this week i purchased a new Bad Boy Maverick and the process was so easy and smooth. Of all the outdoor power equipment dealers in the area none come close to the service and prices offered here. So if your in the market for anything they sell, making a purchase here is highly recommend!
