Hours incorrect they open and close when the staff wants to work they never answer the phone

Wow I was quiet impressed with this store. The customer service was awesome from the moment that we walked in the door. They had a wonderful selection of everything that you might want. Tons of novelties, almost too many lubricants to choose from and the selection of lingerie was great. I highly recommend this adult video store. I always spend and shop there no problems at all so I was accused of trying to pass off a fake 100.00 and themanage treated me like o was a criminal.. yet he try to keep it and the police had to be called and it was not fake but a real 100.00 .. I was humiliated cause I never been treated like that ever.. so I gave a 3 star rating because usually great staff but not today ..

1st time coming to this place, had a threesome I was about to attend and planned and needed a kick for the nerves.. was suggested to get a “rhino pill” which I have never heard, what I was told was similar to a viagra.. there was two guys there that helped me out and suggested which one would be good for me.. since there was variety of this pills, they asked questions about my personal health.. just to be on the safe side (I guess about high blood pressure) bought what I needed and worked like a charm.. definitely appreciated the service I got.. didn’t get their names for I was nervous as heck, but ended with a bang!

The store is under new management and is currently under a very slow renovation process.We have new products in atleast every 2 weeks.Come by and check us out.

Went to the theater today was awkward with men in there but didnt mind it. 1 in particular kept looking at me and scanning me and made me feel really uncomfortable. Be careful guys

Went in there and immediately the guy asks what I can help me with. I told him Just looking... Then he follows me as I go towards the restroom and says you cant use the restroom until you buy something. It was obvious he was just being bitter annoyed and confrontational for no reason. If this is their policy its ridiculous. Better establishmebts out there that wont harass you for no apparent reason. Trash of a place
