This place sells purified good tasting water for a pretty cheap price if 35 cents per gallon. The staff are nice, helpful and also patient. I had forgotten my account number, and the staff patiently looked it up.Along with water, they sell some ice creams and also masks during COVID-19.

I have been coming here several times a week for many years, through several ownership changes. I get the ultra-purified water for drinking and watering my orchid collection. Very friendly staff who are very helpful. Several carts are available for moving multiple containers to the car, and there is a ramp at the parking lot curb with three reserved parking places.

This place customer service sock and also managers I have been getting my water from this place for almost 5 to 6 month everything was ok until my last visit my bottles get green both I told the owner this the problem for filtering he didnt want to accept it. Not even say you are right or maybe it was our problem last time he was making excuses your water was in Sun which is BS I keep my water dispenser inside and have these bottles for almost 3 to 4 years. I think they are not filtering good and they didnt want to admit it and they have really rude owner and also two teenager workers .

I thought water was just water, but I recently took up a few hobbies and my carnivorous plants and dart frogs require distilled or reverse osmosis water, with a TDS of 0-120ppm. My water is too hard and my Brita filter still results in water that’s 250ppm.This is the BEST place to get water hands down. The water tastes fresh and soft. Tony, the owner, is super friendly and helps you take your filled jug back to your car. The place is clean and the owner takes pride in making sure his water is clean. Moreover, they are transparent about their water quality and cleaning/filter replacement schedule. Tony showed me the cleaning schedule for all the filter machines. Tony also goes the extra mile and makes sure his outside water machine is always clean, wiping it down. Every time I’ve gotten water, it’s been 0ppm or 1ppm so you know they are strict about water quality and keep their filters *very* clean. I didn’t think water would taste all that different, but Water Works’ water tastes softer and cleaner than any water I’ve tried. I have to drive 30min one way to get to Water Works, but it’s worth it for this water. They have reverse osmosis ($35¢/gal) and distilled water (60¢/gal)- but if you become a “member,” you get the water 5¢ cheaper per gallon. Membership is simply putting money on an account. Nice thing about the free “membership” is that you can use your credit card (>$5 purchase) to put down $10, $20, etc and not have to deal with rummaging around for a couple dollars every time you come in. Just give them your membership/account number or phone number and they’ll deduct from your account. What I really like about this place is their friendliness and transparency. The first time I went here, the owner (Tony) whipped out his TDS meter and measured his water in front of me. It was 0ppm. The next time I had to refill my water, I couldn’t remember where this store was or what it was called, so I (wrongly) assumed all water stores would be the same quality and went somewhere else. After visiting other water stores in Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Cupertino, Campbell, Santa Clara, and San Jose, I can say without a doubt that this place has the cleanest water. The other places either can’t speak English, are rude, don’t know anything about the water, and/or have poor quality water (20+ppm when they say it’s 0ppm). Finally, I found Water Works again!! I get the RO water and it tastes great! I never thought I’d be one of those pretentious “water tastes different” sort of people, but I can really tell the difference. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 months now and every time I’ve gotten water, it is never higher than 1ppm. Almost always 0ppm, but 2 times it’s been 1ppm (yes, I measure my water every time). This is the only place I’ll get water from, even though I have to drive 30min one way to get it. They’re open every day except for Tuesday (closed). They also have a water machine outside that’s 24/7, but it only accepts cash. Parking is pretty busy here, but Water Works has a loading zone (yellow) in front of it so there’s usually a spot right out in front. I highly recommend Water Works. They have the best water!
