I HIGHLY recommend the Selena Huan Bridal Shop in Sunnyvale! Judy and Selena did an amazing job with my daughter Jenny ’s dress. They customized the design so that it was exactly the princess dress Jenny wanted. They worked with Jenny to adjust the design so the fit was not too loose, not too tight, but “just right”, by coming up with a gorgeous “corset” back. While this involved two trips for the dress back to China, Judy managed everything beautifully, kept us informed, arranged for rapid transit as needed. She communicated with us professionally and often so that we did not need to worry about whether the dress would arrive in time. She guided us through our many questions (where is the strap for holding up the train? how do you tie the corset so that it is tight enough?). And she provided a custom-made beautiful size 8 flower girl dress that made Jenny’s niece feel like a princess too!Judy made the “experience” for this mother-of-the-bride and bride feel very special. (We had visited several other bridal shops in the area), welcoming us warmly, and helping us with every step along the way, including shipping various items from California to Maryland, where the wedding took place (in December 2017).

My best friend booked an appointment for me because she heard about Selena Huan brand from her colleagues with all compliments and good comments. And finally wow, it could not have been a better experience. First of all, their sales Jane is gentle and lovely in every way, did a great job of selecting gowns for me to try on, and helped me find my dream wedding gown. When I had it on and knew it was the one, she looked as happy as I felt. She told me that when she helps a bride find her perfect gown it brings her immense satisfaction and I believe it. The salon itself is beautiful with spacious private dressing rooms. Because I had found the dress without my family accompanying me, I made a follow up appointment for my family to come back with me and see the gown before I made the final purchase. The experience was as wonderful for them as it was for me. Everyone at Selena Huan Bridal was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. And they have super delicate gowns at all price points and styles.

Selena, Judy, and her staff were super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. We ran into a few hiccups with making the dress and also shipping back and forth, but everything turned out wonderfully in the end. The final product was beautiful. There were a few issues while wearing the dress the night of, but nothing too crazy!Everyone complimented on how beautiful and unique the dress Selena designed for me. I could not have chosen a more professional or accommodating designer to work with. The colors of my dress, the layers, and the lace were all so very beautiful and elegant. I loved how the dress looked on me while trying it on after the final alterations all the way up to the end of the wedding night. The train was my favorite part. I also asked for some small customization for my shoulder and train area right after I processed the order of my dress, and their designer Selena sent the Photoshoped version of the design for my dress just the same day for me to review. Selena Huan Bridal made finding my wedding dress effortless and fun! My bridal consultant was Jane and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! I knew I wanted something fitted, however, was very up in the air on styles -- Jane was got a sense of my personality right away which made finding my dress that much easier. She also wasnt overly pushy so my family and I really enjoyed her honest feedback. All in all she was extremely knowledgeable.I went to 6-7 different bridal salons while shopping for my wedding dress and ended up returning to Selena Huan Bridal because the experience there was so much better than other places. At the end, I was deciding between a sample dress and a new dress. Jane never pressured me to buy the new one, even though her commission was probably much larger for that dress. She just laid out both options and let my mom and I make the final decision. Ms. Kim was my seamstress for alterations. I honestly wasnt sure what to think at first. She doesnt say much, but she was so kind. I changed my mind about the bustle, and she re-worked it right there at the fitting. She also refunded me part of the alterations payment because she didnt end up needing to do as much work as she had originally estimated. Finally when I picked up the dress, it fit perfectly. It was comfortable and looked great, and I couldnt have been happier with the outcome.I just picked up my wedding dress yesterday evening and was able to work with Jane again -- Ill be going back to her for my 7 bridesmaid dresses too.

I bought a made-to-fit red lace gown here and I did a fitting last week, the dress looks very nice and fine made, it was really the thing I really wanted - a Deep-V neckline, an open back and a light tulle skirt with nice A-line shape. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and good at helping you find the dress that looks best according to your body type. The dress is amazing! I couldnt be more thankful to have made my purchase here.

I am so grateful for Selena and her team. I got married on 8/4/18 in Michigan and I wanted a purple wedding dress. Ive wanted a purple wedding dress for years, and had started to think it wasnt possible. Everyone I spoke to either only made dresses in white or could get me a purple dress, but for an exorbitant price. I was feeling pretty discouraged when I stumbled upon Selena Huan Bridal, but I reached out anyway to see what she could do. I saw a design on her site that I liked a lot, but it was in white, so I wanted to see if she could make it in purple. I expected the worst, but she replied and said that she could make it happen. The result was a gorgeous, affordable purple gown that absolutely wowed my guests. I felt amazing in it and everyone is still talking about it. I cant tell you how much it means to have my dream of a purple wedding dress come true. Ive been talking about it since I was a little girl, and Selena made it a reality! My cousin made an appointment with Selena Huan Bridal, we have tried wedding gowns in a few shops in bay area, she didnt find the perfect one, until we found Selena Huan Bridal, they can customize the dress to any styles you like, we chose the bespoke service which designer helped design from draft using the software, and we can see the how real fabric/dress look like, my cousin is very happy about it! Judy and Selena are super nice, everyone is very kind and willing to help. I will come back to Selena Huan Bridal when I get married!

Selena Huan, what can I say? Sissi, our consultant was an utmost professional. We made a last second appointment, yet Sissi made the time and even stayed late in order to help us find the most amazing dress. We fell in love with almost every dress in the boutique. Selena Huans website and book pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the actual dresses are.

Worst service ever!!! I was looking for a bridesmaid dress and booked an appointment. When I arrived, there were other people waiting and the woman was confused, I showed her the message that they sent to me confirming my appointment. Then she said that the person who was suppose to assist me was sick. She didnt know what to do and said that I could take a look on the dresses and went upstairs to assist the other person. I chose the dress that I wanted to try on and she said that I had to try in the bathroom. She just put me in there and went away. How am I suppose to try on a dress in a dirty bathroom with bad lightning and by myself? I was totally humiliated and went away. Worst service ever!!

I ordered a customized purple dress from Alice in Wonderland Gown in March through Etsy. I received the dress and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. Im taking it to my moms next week so she can lace me up properly and we can make sure everything fits well, but I am so so so happy. I cant thank you Selena enough and will be sure to send pictures.During this 2 months, the staff Jennifer from Selena Huan Bridal was always working with me. She told me that the original laces on the out-layer of the gown (lower skirt) is not good to be dyed into the purple (626 color) and she helped me through to choose another fine Chantilly lace in purple color I liked. She was so informative, patience, detail-oriented and easy to work with! And she always reply to my message ASAP on etsy. I know Im one of their remote brides (Im living in New Jersey) but Im so exited and glad to find them!Thanks again Selena. It was so difficult to find a purple dress that actually looks good, but its always been my dream and Im glad I stayed committed to the search!
