I like this Costco location for following two reasons: 1. There’s lots of parking space. 2. There are lots of Asia food and snacks. These Asia snacks are much inexpensive than these similar items in Asian grocery stores. Attached photos are two snacks we bought recently.

This Costco has always been an OK place to go. Busy on the weekends to the point that for years I avoid going on Saturdays or Sundays. During the week it is normally an OK time to go with spikes of activity around lunch, the end of the 9-5 work day, and honestly some random times for no real reason. This Costco normally has a good selection of bulk wares. There is a Costco Gas at this location that is normally busy, but traffic flows once you get out of the parking lot area, and in line for gas.

It’s quite a big Costco. Very neatly maintained. Even during the rush hour the staffs are happy to help and Q is well managed. Have been here a lot of time no complaints till now. COVID protocols have been followed. So many Indian products available here. Stocks are always available. 10 on 10 for this Costco

Really a huge Wholesale Consumer Market for common people to get their grocery, vegetables and lot many things for their families at cheaper rates.The only thing is that you have to buy them in quantities.They have a chain of stores across America.Everyone loves shopping here, children too love it.Best of Luck and Thanks to Costco Promoters.

Great place to shop. Great gas price and lots of good items in this Costco. Weekend parking is a bit challenging. Suggest to go there around 10-11am to avoid the crowd unless you dont mind.

I like this the food court is out side of the building theyre fast and easy to get your food.

Not sure if it was the most busy Costco in South Bay, but one thing sure was that it brought the worst experience of Costco to me. I’d been here during daytime, which was usually fine. But visiting here after work, it was nothing close to pleasure. It was usually packed, and the employees were relatively impatient compared to other Costco store (e.g. the one on Coleman Ave). I saw employees yelled at customer twice just tonight. If they hadn’t checked my membership, I would have thought I was in Wxxmart.

This Costco has more variety than Mountain View’s Costco, but be aware it’s always packed!

Look, Im only into Costco for the 1.99 pizza slices. I had the best one ever here.

Optometry Department. Dr. Jason Wong and his team are excellent, professional and awesomely friendly. Their expertise in this field ranks very high. Our prescription from a previous doctor was too strong as stated by Dr. Wong and he gave the correct prescription. **** Less than 10 days later, we received the glasses and Im very happy with the correct prescription and how comfortable they are for less than half the cost from our insured optometrist before.

I would say Costco is always life saver. For anything I am going to get in huge amount, with good quality and price is also less compare to the amount.Every daily commodities, essential food are available. In fact different Indian foods like - maggie, lentils, spices are also available.Yes, membership is little bit more but for one year its really worth

I havent been to Costco since the pandemic started. Went about 10AM, No line but still more people in the store then I thought there would be although it wasnt to bad. Christmas 🎄 is my favorite thing and they are starting to put xmas stuff out. Got a Pumpkin pie 🥧 for the hubby so he was happy when I got home.

Prices have sky rocketed on almost everything but theres still some of the best stuff you can buy here.

This Costco has the best selection of Asian & Indian snacks, groceries, & meals. I avoided Sunnyvale Costco and shopped at the Santa Clara location due to heavy traffic. But the checkout wait times have dramatically reduced since the self-checkout was placed in the past year. Also, the gas station was recently expanded which resulted in doubling the capacity.

Brought car in for a 4 wheels tire rotation. Found a wheel hub cap was missing when I drove the car home. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Lesson learned to check all wheels and the hub caps are installed correctly yourself before driving it out of the tire store. Costco claims zero responsibility.

I LOVE the store.. but the gas configuration is HORRIBLE! I am not sure who designed the lanes to go through the parking lot where people actually park is poorly designed.

I love shopping at Costco. Great part about shopping at Costco is finding halal foods from time to time. they have some good halal options. I would definitely go often if they had more halal suff regularly.

This is the nearest Costco, so we visit it often. We always find that the store is clean, well maintained and stocked. Associates are helpful and friendly. Return wait time is moderate generally but might be long on busy days. There are indian groceries available here so thats a plus for us.

This is for Costco Optical.Surely, very best place for optical. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Specially COVID-19 they are taking all necessary precautions. So it takes little more time than usual but understandable. So if you are going for Costco optical just be sure you have to wait there for your turn to come. Take the token and do so shopping keeping checking now and then if your turn is near. But, wait is worth it.Thanks for your service.

Parking is horrendous, is always super packed and busy. But good deals. And check out wait is fair. BUT they need to mark lines so its distinguished. People get mad over lines.

New to the area and man this Costco vibe is different than back home. My friend and I didnt know whether to load our stuff onto the conveyor belt because apparently they dont do that here. Weird vibe but good place to shop!

Great place for bulk discount and this store in sunnyvale especially have plenty of Asian items compare to Coleman store. The staff are amazing as always and my only frustration is very tight parking and very busy on weekend which I always avoid. Sometimes they run out of cart (pre-Covid)

Beware of manager Jose trying to blaming any defective product on you. I bought an LG TV. The screen was cracked at the time of purchase. I tried to exchange it on the very same day, but they refused it because somehow the 90-day warranty excludes physical damage. Manager Jose and co. just tore apart the box like it was still their property without asking my permission, then Jose pulled out the TV and slammed it onto the ground. Then he had the nerve to not only tell me they could not exchange it, he also implied that I was lying and that I had not been careful and damaged it. That I was the one who had not been careful when he just slammed the TV carelessly onto the ground. I had never even taken it fully out of its styrofoam padding, and he is over here slamming it into the ground. His boss, Richelle, was slightly politer. She tried to say that they werent accusing me of anything, but then she cited the short-term of my Costco membership to suggest they cant trust me. I have been a loyal customer at this Costco and others for years through my former roommates and family.EDIT: Upgrading from 1 star to 3. The next day, I talked to Richelle again on the phone and she apologized to me and authorized the return. I appreciate that she did the right thing in the end. I hope that the staff learn to treat their customers and products better. Apart from this experience, this Costco is an enjoyable place to shop.

Removing one star because they got rid of the photo center here. This places is super crowded on weekends. Best time to visit this Costco center is around 2 pm on weekdays.

This is my go-to place for almost everything, particularly for fresh meats, fruits, milk and other food items.😊 Customer service here is amazing, including their hands-on managerial staff.

This is the BEST Costco I have been in so far. The carts are huge, like I was shocked. There were no line and they have bunch of amazing deals. My first time being here and was blown away. Even a worker approached to help us without asking. Amazing 11/10, wish I can give it 6 stars.

Big Costco warehouse. Lots of options available here. There are seasonal stuff also including fruits vegetables and clothes and jackets.

What a great experience at this location, I bought a patio set then got home I assembled everything and surprisingly it was missing a piece for the table I called in David picked up the phone and he was more than happy to assist me told me to come into the store and will take care of me then I met Justin at the store who went out of his way to give me that piece for the table you guys are great thats the difference between buying from family store like Costco to nonsense Amazon store. 😊😊

I never knew Costco was so great! I love shopping there, no matter how hard I try i always spend more than I intended to. I love the food they have, and buying in bulk insures that I eat well for weeks. Costco has definitely made a fan of me.

The cashier was speaking to her helper the entire time when she was scanning the items of the person in front of me. When it was my turn to check out, she didnt say one word to me. She spent the entire time complaining about a customer who had turned her into management. She told her co-worker she didnt care. Obviously not! If I were her manager, I would reassign her quickly to a job where she doesnt interact with customers. Although I am a loyal customer and appreciate Costcos great prices and quality of products, I do not appreciate being treated like a non-entity. If I had to deal with her again, I think I would shop elsewhere.Maybe she is one reason why Costcos stock has dropped recently.

This Costco can get very busy. It is, however, one of the locations with a gas station (which can get equally busy). As for the store, they do a good job of rotating through seasonal items and a variety of world holidays.

Love the store always clean and all the staff are super friendly the only downside is it’s always rush otherwise a great place to grab groceries and the Costco products that as a family we are addicted to :))

It was great. I initially went to get my tires rotated, they were great, since I was there I did my shopping.

I bought a piece of software but forgetting to retrieve it, and worst of all I lost the receipt. I went back with no hope that I will be getting the software back, but the customer service (sorry I did not get your name to call out here) helped me identified the order and I retrieved my copy in less than 5 min. I appreciate the amount of trust Costco has in its customer.Btw the varieties of the grocery in Costco at Bay area is unbelievable.

You can find top quality shocks here but shoes are not always of good quality.Every time I go there, I buys shocks from here only, Kirkland Signature.There are so many branded cloths also sold here with very discounted price. This is a great Costco wholesale location. The food court is outside unlike other Costcos. The store is typically crowded. The item selections are okay. Parking is always packed and a bit difficult.
