Friendly people, nice place, lots of equipment and things to make. social distancing precautions apply, online calendaring for equipment reservations is nice. Team is on slack too. Highly recommend.

During time of pandemic, Maker Nexus provided face shields for frontline workers. I submitted a request for 50 face shields on a Friday and it was ready by Tuesday for pick up. Assembly required but easy to follow with a video. Thank you for supporting the healthcare workers during this time!

Very cool facility. The tour was great and they have an impressive selection of equipment I am looking forward to becoming a member.

MakerNexus has all the tools to let my creativity flourish. My recent projects involved 3D printers and a laser cutter building a mechanical machine; table saw, planer, jointer and sander to build a cutting board; a CNC machine to craft wood I needed with special shapes; a lathe to make a pen for the special One in my life; also learned sewing on the sewing machine to make face masks (pandemic year 2020).In particular w.r.t 2020 they made arrangements that things are safe and healthy.The staff is very knowledgeable and has help and suggestions for every questions. Regular classes they offer make sure you can run the machinery safely and confidently.

They have everything you want in a maker space: woodshop, 3D printing, laser cutter, textile machines, electronic workbench, training classrooms, conference rooms - and much more! Plus most importantly: These folks have the right attitude: They really ARE a community of makers. There is mutual respect here. If you identify yourself as a Maker - this is your new home!
