I love Lucky! All of the workers at this location greet you/ask if you need assistance/ask how your day is going. The check-out individuals are so kind, and scan items extremely fast. There are sketchy people in the parking lot on occasion, but the store itself is clean, remodeled, well stocked, and safe.

Good grocery store with pharmacy. Good prices. Items are easy to find since the store has a good layout. Check out lines are not very long and the staff is friendly. Produce is fresh.

Its a supermarket. You know what to expect.Im glad this place has a self checkout, so I can get groceries with no contact in these trying times.

This Lucky has always seemed a little drab anda little on the small side for s supermarket, even when it was an Albertsons. Its conveniently located to my client near there, so I go for quick stops. Its a grocery store, so most of the things are identical to every other grocery store.

They have good quality food I just ordered a box of Hatch Green Chilies that are now in season from New Mexico I get a box every year around this time I was born in Colorado and have family in New Mexico

Very good store has everything you need very clean very organized. The only bad side to the store is it prices they are a lil on the pricey side but I guess your paying for the cleanliness and help. The staff are very helpful in everything you need from searching for that hard to find thing or pushing your cart to your car. I truly enjoy the store myself but I just cant give it more stars because of the price

Wow I am glad that I tried via UberEATS. The fried chicken is as good as (if not better than) KFC, at half the price. The wraps/soups are also very good quality.

I was staying just a block away from this superstore, hence this became the paradise for the slacker in odd times. Most number of times I came here for liquor or chips. Their one feature is very good, that to bottle fresh orange juice. Another thing is inside ATM. Even I left the apartment couple of months back, I still think of this place for immediate fills of produces.

Arrived ~430 pm after work on Monday. Not crowded, maybe 10 people in the entire store. Clean and fronted. Prefer this location over San Carlos Luckys. Ample parking. Good location since its right off the 101. There were only 2 people in line and I definitely prefer this grocery store compared to Safeway on Sunnyvale Saratoga & El Camino as it is always crowded with 8 people in line with only 4 registers open, even during busy times. Rotisserie chicken is good with 4 different flavors: smokehouse, lemon pepper, garlic and some other one. Decent hot bar. What amazed me is that a lady came and asked me if I needed anything within a minute of me standing there vs @ Safeway, you could literally be standing for 10 minutes and no one will address you. But I was just browsing and picking the best chicken 😝. Prices are better than Safeway. Decent selection of organic items, cold beverages and desserts. Carts are cleaned by staff in the front and there are wipes available.

Absolutely strange shop. There are people without face masks inside, a lot of dirties in the meat section ( check two times, the same situation, they dont clean their refrigerators!). Nice supermarket, they are selling many products here and they have long business hours which is good. Shops will close at 12AM. Its easy to get a snack if suddenly got hungry at the middle of the night.

The store as a whole is well above-average. Customer service is always on point and always friendly. However, when you dissect the store by Department there is one that falls Far Below average.The meat department is always substandard. In the last three years there has not been a single day that I have gone into that store to find at least 20% of the meat counter decimated. product is always missing from the cases. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to ask for product to be put out. The employee would always bring out a rolling rack filled with trays of the very product that was missing. This is the only Department in the entire store that has always disappointed me. The employees in the department are quite friendly and helpful and will do what they can to meet your needs if they have the product in stock.Every other department; produce, dairy, pharmacy, floral, deli, liquor, and grocery are always well stocked and maintained throughout the entire day. I have never walked into the store and found any of these departments to be lackluster.

Great Barbershop. Very reasonably priced. Neat, clean, very friendly service. If you are not particular of services of a particular barber, you can have a quick hair cut.

Older, smaller store location. Within walking distance, so I wish I liked it more. Seafood/Meat Dept doesnt have some of the things I am used to at Luckys. (No Jalapeno Bacon, Fajitas, Thick Steaks). Service is good, but I usually need to Ring the bell. Walter and Maria are terrific and so is Guy in Produce. Other checkers/employees seem to be there against their will. Have asked for Caffeine Free Coke Zero to be carried, but it is rare if they have it. Good number of Self Check-Out stands. Deli service is so-so. I shop here for quick trips, but do the major marketing at the competition.

This is my main grocery store since I moved here. The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are always kind and willing to help if you cant find something. The deli department has great sandwich meat and the bakery has some seriously delicious looking cakes and breads. Their Italian bread is our favorite. The only cake Ive tried is the tres leches and it was awesome.There are a lot of self check outs so the regular check out lines dont usually get too long.

Prices are pretty good. Selection has improved quite a bit in recent years. But be sure to check expiration dates before you buy! Have been bit by this a few times. Employees are generally helpful. Overall a good, but not great, neighborhood grocery store.

Luckys is an older store, so dont expect an upscale place, but the service is always top notch! They could make small changes to improve the space. I can usually find what Im looking for and I rarely go in that store. I use it for convenience which is close to my work and also close to the church I go to. Fresh produce and good selection of most everything.

Isnt Lucky the cheap version of Safeway? They have a bit of everything and youre guaranteed to fulfill your grocery needs here. I do like the hot food section better at Safeway, also Lucky doesnt have soups or sushi to offer.Other than that, this store is pretty clean and well sorted. Decent choice when youre in the neighborhood.

The aisles are nice and it wasnt difficult to find what I came for. The employees were polite and there are plenty of self check out machines. I only rated it four out of five because every time I go, there are people smoking outside. The store itself is convenient, though!

Convenient location, open 24 hours. I generally stop late at night so parking is never a problem. Even late at night there is staff available to help. They have a small refrigerated section of tofu and meat substitutes in the produce area. And they have a surprisingly large selection of Burts Bees products hidden away near the dairy department.

Parking is crazy. People impatient. Not much help or interaction with staff there. Most friendly and courteous people are in their pharmacy department.

Just an ordinary grocery store but Pharmacy Staff, especially June the pharmacy manager, is great, 5 stars!! Not 24 hour but the service is great, the place is well managed. Its small, not a zoo like some of the other big pharmacies that focus on volume not personalized service.
