Big fan of acai bowls! They are pricey but its my go to comfort food since it doesnt feel heavy. My personal favorite is the nutty bowl and I also like the panini.

So good! All 3 were beautifully made and delicious! We ordered the nutty, tropical and vitality bowl and will definitely be back for all 3 again. Online ordering was smooth and fast pick up.

We used to go here every Saturday during the Sunnyvale farmers market, but over the past 1-2 months, the bowls have been inconsistent with the bases sometimes completely melted or with large frozen chunks left in. Today, they swapped their homemade granola for a store bought cereal without alerting us. I would not recommend this location until they fix their quality issues.

Tasty, healthy, generous portions and a great way to get your sweet fix. Only reason its not a solid 5 stars from me is the fact that it will cost you. Its not cheap fast food but really high quality fast food.

Always come for their açaí bowl. Consistently good quality tho a bit of a wait. The place is clean and quiet.

I had my first bowl here over the weekend. I got a huge bowl with açai base and sooo many healthy add ins. It was the best thing Ive ever had! Im not from the area, so the bowls where Im from dont have anything on this place (and Ive had more since the weekend). Definitely going back next time Im up there!

Great acai bowl and smoothie. Although a little bit pricey.

Their smoothies are fine but they NEVER mark their smoothies when you order multiple, so its a guessing game of whose is whose. Also, sometimes I get two of the same smoothie and one has add-ons, they dont mark which has the add-on...even when specifically asked to do so. Just feel like that would be a fairly simple and intuitive part of the job...?

This location is currently short-staffed so you might have to use the buzzer on the counter to get someone to come out. Counter assistance can be impatient depending on who you get (lady was impatient; the gentleman on a subsequent visit was far more courteous). Staff who assembled and brought out the bowls are consistently courteous and friendly. No substitutions, but you can add items for a fee or delete to your hearts content (no price adjustment for deletions). Bowls are adequate; toppings are present but not overwhelmingly so. Having said that, these are somewhat expensive for what is offered; comparable bowls can be had for 30% less.Also note that the storefront is not really visible from the street as they are located on the plaza side of the building (near Philz), and do not face the street. Best if you park underground and climb the stairs to the plaza.

Save your money and go to Bowl of Heaven —the bowls are just as good and more affordable, and the customer service far exceeds Vitality bowls. After my last experience, I won’t be back.

I must share the awesome customer service this place has. My friends wedding got canceled due to Covid and we wanted to still surprise him with a brunch breakfast for that day. We managed to place an order from Spain through DoorDash to be delivered to his home and also called Vitality Bowls to include a note about the surprise. The girl who answered the call was so kind. Might be simple details but made something that at the beginning seem complicated, was easy thanks to her help. Besides that our friend told us the food was great! Thanks!

I find the people here to always be very nice. But -1 star because the bowls take forever to make. Can be upwards of 20 minutes with only a couple orders ahead.

We love the vitality bowl franchise. But, this is a poor example. The young fellow taking our order mumbled every question. He neglected to ask if we wanted to eat in. Or, maybe this location does not offer that as an option.It took 25 minutes for our food to be created and the other customer (who ordered before us) had an even longer wait. This would not be so bad for a sit down place, but it was weirdly long for vitality bowl.Also, the bathroom sink is broken, but still usable with effort.

I am a vegetarian and being sceptical about food I looked for places on map that has good vegetarian options near the Caltrain station. I found this place to be just 2 minutes walk away from it. I ordered the vitality bowl which was the first option on the menu and waited for 5 minutes. I thought that I am overpaying or something but when I took the first bite I knew I was wrong. I never had such an amazing, nutritious oatmeal before in my life. It was worth the price. Since then I have ordering this option quite a lot wherever I go. Thanks for making such an awesome breakfast

Poor and frankly rude service. Consistantly have issues with missing items and very long waits. It seems there are a few younger employees here who are pretty apathetic about their job and it shows.

This place looks promising but unfortunately needs to work on keeping stock of their menu options.To start, its in a large shopping/living complex. Theres many different eateries, and LOTS of foot traffic. We had to circle for a bit before finding parking which was a bit annoying since the space is brand new - you would figure when it was planned that the parking capacity would be sufficient. Parts of the area are still under development including residential apartments and a hotel. This will likely add to the congestion...After walking over to Vitality, I peered the menu and ordered an oatmeal bowl. The description looks delicious but alas thats how far I got with that option. They were out of oatmeal! The other option that I went for was the kale salad, and again the menu item was out of stock!If it was closer to breakfast time, I wouldve ordered an acai bowl or smoothie, which do look pretty good. but also pricey which was another gripe about this place. I ended up going elsewhere to find food within the complex. I might give this place another chance since it looks to have a lot of potential, but currently am under impressed.

Slow service is made up for great smoothie bowls and smoothies! Vitality bowl is my favorite! They also have great paninis, if you need a little more sustenance

Its good but way too expensive

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Quite often my orders would be missing ingredients or I wouldnt be charged for them. Phone orders would be hit-or-miss, and prepping an oatmeal bowl can take between 15 and 30 mins (or sorry we cant make that today), depending on the worker.While the food is good, the service is too inconsistent for me to recommend. Every fourth order had something wrong in it. Given the choice, I would rather go to the Cupertino location over this one.

Once again, a terrible cutomer service experience. Called twice and was hung up on. Then finally got through and picked up my order. Walked in the door and the person working was eating a sandwich in the back. I knocked on the window and said hello, got ignored. Finally he came out and gave my my order. No one was in there. Never going to vitality bowls again. Get it together.

Delicious açai bowls, pleasant though not exceptional ambience, slightly understaffed at the time I was there.I stopped here for breakfast. The graviola bowl was a whole new experience for me: delicious and refreshing and sustaining. My panini was just a slightly-decorated avocado on toast, but still worth it.The restaurant has a strong emphasis on superfoods, which I think are basically a dumb health fad, but them superfoods sure can taste good so this place gets the star anyway.

Their portion size is tiny. Especially the turkey Panini. I thought they were going to bring our the second half of my order, but apparently that was it.

Decent acai bowls, but the venue is uncomfortably tiny and the service is ridiculously slow. Acai bowl places are often slow (I guess theyre universally time consuming to make), but this place is especially slow. Ive waited 15-20 minutes for a bowl as the only person there. Maybe they get a huge volume of online orders? Ive also gotten widely variable service. Some of the folks taking my order have been extremely attentive listeners and active with recommendations, and other times its been like talking to a wall. I love acai bowls, and this place is convenient for me, so I still visit occasionally.
