We bought our home about 1 1/2 years ago and are very happy about it! We had lived in two other mobile homes in Santa Cruz, one of which was new, and there is no comparison between this home and the others! Not only is this home far superior in quality in the construction of the homes, but the amenities, the quality of the appliances, the bathrooms and all the fixtures, the style, the workmanship, are all far above the others.Alliance gave us an hour + final inspection of the home and all of its systems, in every detail of the home. This had not been done when we bought the other new home. The home was immaculate - nothing needed to be cleaned. As time has passed, all of our questions have been answered immediately. We have the perfect home and never plan to move again; however, if we do, Alliance will be our choice

Waited upon arrival for 5 mins for someone to approach us when we were clearly seen & then no introduction by salesman. He showed us the manufactured home, gave us a few specs and then politely told us there was some cheaper and sold mobile homes more of our interest. Little did he know! Oh well he lost not one sale but three...oops.Rude, condescending and disrespectful. No wonder the place was empty of customers...
